Good range of teas
Good range of teas available and I like the reusable packaging which is minimal . As I prefer loose leaf teas it would be useful to have a range of taster packs ( 2-3 cups of tea) available to try before buying larger quantities.

Very disappointed
Very disappointed with our recent delivery of Sencha tea. We have been ordering Dragon Well and Sencha Tea from The Tea Makers Of London for the last 7 years and it has always been good.
Whilst their prices have inflated a lot over those years, we stayed with them, although there are many other UK online providers much cheaper.
However, our recent batch of Sencha Tea, was VERY powdery? We have noticed the quality reducing, whilst the prices have gone up. As seasoned Sencha tea drinkers, we are also aware that Sencha leaves are fine "needles" and not leaves, like most teas, however this bag was half powder.
Since contacting them, they said it may be a "handling" issue, as the bag may have been "shaken" and we were offered zero refund, nor replacement product.
I'm very surprised at this lack of personal service nowadays, especially with the length of time we've regularly used them.
Treat your loyal customers better or they'll go elsewhere.

Horrific international delivery cost…
Horrific international delivery cost including tax basically was more than the tea. And tea makers just said I should argue with the couriers.
