A lovely cup of tea.…
As a family we have decided to stop using tea bags. We were looking for high quality breakfast tea and were disappointed with the loose tea from the supermarket. Your website has great pictures of the actual tea and very helpful information so you get the right one for you. The tea arrived very quickly and we are delighted with it.
We each have our own diffuser which sits in a cup so we can tailor our own.
No more tea bags! Will be purchasing again.

I have always had good service from this company but recently I made an error whilst ordering and had to contact them. They rectified everything immediately and kept me informed all the way through. I cannot praise them highly enough for their efforts, especially during the busy Christmas period

High quality tea, bad service
Overall, this was a disappointing experience. I understand that this is the busiest time of the year and that things can go wrong. While the customer support team was responsive, unfortunately, it was not helpful in resolving the issues effectively.
Their system saved my delivery address incorrectly. I noticed this and immediately contacted customer service, where I was told the address had been corrected and that I would receive my order shortly. Instead, I received an order that had been placed by another customer.
After contacting the seller to inform them of the mistake, I was given detailed instructions on how to return the incorrect item and a brief note saying that my own order had been sent back to the seller and that I would be updated once they heard from Royal Mail. A few days later, I called customer service again to confirm that I had forwarded the wrong parcel and to ask about the status of my undelivered order. I was told I would receive a tracking number that same day.
Unfortunately, no dispatch confirmation or tracking details arrived that day or in the following days, so I had to contact customer service yet again. Only then did I receive a tracking number for my order.
When my package finally arrived, I discovered that one item was missing. It was listed on the packing slip but crossed out with a pen. Ironically, this was the complimentary item offered for orders over a certain amount, which the seller allowed customers to choose.
The teas themselves are of good quality, but the service was frustrating and clearly needs improvement.

Once the issue was identified, we arranged for Royal Mail to collect the incorrect parcel and resent your order as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, the automatic dispatch notification did not send as it normally would, which led to further inconvenience, and we apologise for this oversight.

I have been buying their no 2 blend for some years, but recently carried out a comparative tasting, and opted for their No 12 blend as having the most complex flavour and longest finish.
