Ordered 7 days ago. £142 order never arrived. No response to emails. Having to get bank to charge back.

Haven't received my order nor refund

I ordered 2 tubs, I had an email to say one of them are broken have got any more in stock would I like a refund or a replacement I replied to them but no reply back. I still havent received my refund and neither have I received my other order. I'll be taking this further with my bank to receive my refund!

Ive bought my item 3 weeks ago and im yet to get it, they seem to do this often and resend another item but Ive yet to get that one aswell or even any information when it’s coming. Wouldn’t buy from them when the give the same excuse every time. “We sent your package but Royal Mail has lost it” I don’t think Royal Mail is the problem here.

Could you please contact us by email to help@thesuppshouse.com with your order number so I can look into this for you. I have looked and we don't have any open issues under your name.

we are fortunate enough to send a large number of parcels every day which means some will inevitably get lost, we do everything we can to either locate the parcel with the help of the delivery provider, failing that they are always resent or a full refund issued.

I can assure you it is not an excuse.
