Odpowiedź od The Suit Depot
Dear Howard,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, and I sincerely apologize for your experience.
I looked into your order and found that we had previously sent the instructions to begin the replacement process. Unfortunately, I also discovered that your request for additional assistance came through as part of your CSAT response, which meant we did not see it in time to respond. I'm very sorry for that oversight and for the frustration it caused.
I'd be happy to help get this resolved for you. Could you please let me know if you would prefer a replacement in the next size up or a refund instead?
Also, could you let me know if the shirt is still in new condition with all of its original tags attached? This information will help me prioritize the best solution for you and get the process moving as quickly as possible.
Again, I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate the opportunity to make this right. I look forward to your reply and to resolving this for you.
Warm regards,
Toni

The team there listened to what I was…
The team there listened to what I was looking for and pulled a variety of options across all price points. Not only did they speak with me about my feelings on the suit, they also actively engaged my wife on her own thoughts an opinions. They did not pressure into any sale and allowed me to make my choice organically.
