I'm a long-time repeat customer with The Spark Company and I cannot recommend them highly enough. The products are top quality - I've bought multiple sweatshirts, T-shirts, mugs and socks over the years. The customer service is outstanding, really rapid responses and they always go above and beyond to help. Deliveries and communication around dispatch are also consistently excellent. The ethical commitments of the company - from profits donations to sustainability - mean you're not just supporting a brilliant company by buying their brilliant products, good causes are benefitting too.

I bought the 'Christmas Lights and Equal Rights' Jumper. The material is thick cotton, very soft and warm inside, really good quality. The print stays the same after many washes. Lovely jumper, ethically made, it will be with me for many christmases. Thank you so much.

The week before christmas I was in London and I was looking for a christmas jumper - without any success. So I ordered another jumper at the Spark‘s shop. I knew that it couldn‘t arrive before christmas because I live in Germany. But I would enjoy wearing the jumper next year as well so I went for it. And then the impossible happened: My order arrived at my flat - two days before christmas!!! I don‘t know how the Spark‘s team managed to do that but I‘m very happy and will wear my Filthy-Feminist-Jumper on Boxing Day. Thank you so much! I love this jumper. I love the product designs and messages and all the work that goes into producing quality clothing and gift items. The sizes I chose fit perfectly and everything arrived quickly and in great condition. I will be buying more!

Speedily delivered, well packaged, good quality, good fit, true to size and a fun design. I'm very happy to know that the people making these products are fairly treated.

Ordered a mug, they put the wrong price on the package, this resulted in a higher tax and import fee. I couldn’t pick up the parcel because i would have to pay substantially more in tax than I paid for the mug. I told them, and they send a new mug, but they put the same wrong price on the label. Which was exactly the same problem I had in the first place. I told them again and they argued about general tax laws which don’t apply in Norway. So now I have to wait until next year for a refund (when the packages get sent back). A very sad experience, because the mug was a Christmas gift for my girlfriend.

I have bought quite a few products from Spark over the years. I love their ethos, their business model and the range of products they have. The products themselves are great quality, well made of quality materials and dispatched really quickly. I once had a t shirt that faded a bit after quite a few wearing and washings and when I bought a replacement they sent it for free as there had been a fault with the original. The most recent one I bought was a Christmas T-shirt which got many admiring comments at the work Christmas lunch. Totally recommended!
