Be aware,this company is not UK based.Very poor communication, I have order a sofa cover and they are asking me to send to China.No phone number available to contact them and poor email communication. You will loose your money.I have lost mine,paying £5 insurance also.

Terrible Service! I have been trying to return/refund a parcel for 6 months.

Stained my sofa! The blue dye came out of the fabric and stained my sofa after one week of use. They refused to acknowledge the staining was from the cover (despite the fact its the same colour as the cover). They also refused any refund or help with the damaged sofa. Awful product, awful customer service.

Do not engage. Ordered in July and like everyone else received low quality items from China which did not resemble what I had ordered. When I tried to return was simply given an address in China. I had to pay an exorbitant amount and to research transport methods. It then got trapped in customs where it has been since Sep (now Dec). The company offered to pay the fee and subtract that from my refund. They did neither.

will be reporting this company to trading standards long delivery time poor packaging no returns label. the item sofa covers was advertised as beige, the actual colour was bright yellow. they did respond but only offered partial refund only once i sent it back to china i guess I'm stuck with a bright yellow sofa cover!!

Dodgy. The website suggests it's a UK company but took ages to arrive because it's coming from China. The cover didn't work and wouldn't stay on the sofa - to get a refund you need to send it back to China but they do not respond to emails asking for a return address. Avoid them.

Took ages to arrive and I don't really like the product, trying to get a refund but they won't reply with the details despite having a returns policy. Bad customer service

Made an order and heard nothing for a few weeks despite numerous attempts to chase up its status via email. Order eventually arrived but took much longer than the website claims it takes. I was underwhelmed with the quality of the sofa cover.

Took way longer to arrive than stayed on website.
Measured sofa cushions as per website instructions, when they arrived they were too small.
Had to contact company for return address. Followed their returns policy including paying for tracked delivery to China £65. Package is now stuck at customs their end. Contacted company as parcelforce worldwide says the addressee has to pay import taxes, they replied saying they would pay it but deduct this amount off my refund. They still haven’t done this and are now not replying to my emails. I am £200+ out of pocket and don’t even have anything to show for it.

I made the mistake of not reading the reviews before ordering! This company is a scam and is not a Uk based. I’ve sent over 5 emails (including directly through the form on their website) to return the low quality sofa bed covers and never heard back! They don’t reply and there is no other way to contact them!

Do not buy from this company. My parcel was delivered by Evri and when I opened it I was shocked by the quality of the item and how it looked nothing like the images. I was not aware until after contacting the email address for returns information that they expected your items to be returned to China and want this done in 14days. When I questioned this I then got non replies.
This company is really bad and just selling poorly made items at the lowest quality then making it impossible to return without you making more of a loss. Avoid guys they should be shut down

I thought I was buying from the UK and would get something with good quality. but actually it is a Chinese company that never replies to my messages. I saw the same sofa cover cheaper on Shein and would probably receive it quicker. Would not recommend this company. I do buy items from China, but the other companies do no pretend to be UK based.

FYI this is a Chinese company masquerading as a UK one which means any returns have to be sent back to China within 14 days with the offer of a possible partial refund if it has been opened. Just not worth it. I should have checked Trust Pilot before purchasing. You live and learn.

Bought sofa covers that didn't fit, requested a return and refund, but was offered 50% off another set! Asked for just a refund and got ghosted. Not a UK company despite website appearance. Avoid at all cost.

Completely fraudulent returns policy. The company uses a Co.uk URL but there is no registered address on the site. Bank statement show as Estonian.
The product was not suitable and I was told to post it to China which would have been over 50% of cost. There is no mention of this in their returns policy. I refused to do this and have asked twice for a UK address but have had no response. I have now reported them to Trading Standards.
Avoid this company unless you are 100% sure you want the product.

I am very disappointed that I have not received a response from this Company relating to my purchase. I have emailed them 3 times requesting a return and notification of their address, but they have not replied. This product is not suitable for me and their returns policy states I can return it within 14 days for a refund, but if they do not reply to my emails, I do not have the address to return it. I believe after care service is important and this Company cannot be bothered to even reply to my emails. Obviously I will not be recommending them to any of my friends or using them again in the future.
