The phone cases are very good but occasionally they do break, but the staff (Elaine) are fantastic and after supplying photos, a replacement was sent. I’ve been using Snugg cases for years now and they are great. I will continue to do so. Thanks.

Had a Snugg 360 degree keyboard for mini iPad, and the hinge broke after several months use. The Customer support was excellent, and after sending photos of the breakage, within a few days I received a new replacement keyboard under the guarantee.
The keyboard is great, and pairs very quickly with the iPad and indeed with my phone if I want to. It protects the iPad nicely too.

After a couple of years of use, we developed a problem with our iPad Air cover closing magnetic component that automatically puts the iPad to sleep/wake up. We emailed Snugg Customer Services and explained the problem. After providing a short video of the problem to Snugg they did not hesitate to offer us a replacement cover, free of charge. Elaine, who dealt with our issue, was very helpful and within a couple of days, we received the replacement iPad cover. Excellent service, thoroughly recommend buying products from Snugg.

Had a small problem with my iPad case ... wrote for advice on how I could tighten up the problem mechanism ... After sending evidence of purchase and a small video highlighting the problem, I was immediately offered a replacement case which arrived two days later. Thoroughly impressed with the response and the way Customer Services dealt with the issue. My iPhone 6 plus case inner Casing had crumbled down one side, so I sent photos to Snugg and they replaced it within days without any problem 👍🏻

Great customer service! On two occasions I’ve required my iPhone 11 Pro Max battery case to be replace and they did so quickly.

I must say I think the reliability of the product can be questionable, as two have broken after only 3-4 months on two occasions now. But when it works, they are excellent value for money.

Luis was great, prompt replies and I received a replacement iPhone case within 3 days. Excellent service.

Multiple reasons for leaving a review, lets start with the product - Initially bought to be able to present to clients using my ipad. Great for this, great battery life, sturdy and reliable. Not so great when you spill wine on it.
So to the second reason I highly recommend the company and the product. I ordered the wrong size as a replacement during lockdown so had to wait several weeks to send back, all the while I was in touch with customer service via email. When I eventually managed to return the product some time later, I had the replacement (correct size) within a day or so. Fantastic service throughout given that it was my error, no qualms with swapping/returning etc.

I was initially sceptical about where this iPad 5 case was being posted from & how long it would take as I saw an Australian courier on the tracking site. But the item was received in the UK, 2 days after delivery and is a good quality product, as advertised

I love this company the products and service is second to none, I had a small problem with an I pad case I purchased and reported it via email within a week I had a new cover delivered to me FOC and was told to keep the old one, I think for the cost the covers are very very good and when you compare to the Apple cover I purched with the last I pad i had Very much better and lots less cost

When i bought the blue cover for our iPad air 2 advertised with a lifetime guarantee never thought I would have to use it, anyway, after FIVE years Snugg replaced it with no quibbles and by express delivery. (had to send proof of purchase but thankfully purchased through Amazon who hold invoices for ever) Very polite and focussed on the email conversations. Thanks again Snugg.

I have had a Snugg cover for my iPad for some years. It is very durable and looks well. When I have contacted the company they have always been prompt and helpful. I think it is also very good value for the quality of the product and have just bought one as a gift for a friend. I couldn’t recommend end the company or the product more highly. Thank you.
