Really don’t want to leave a bad review because my boys love getting things from here. But no response on emails or website and I’m still waiting for my order. I ordered 3 weeks ago and not received what I purchased. Although I have received two email to review my purchase I’ve not received, hence why I’ve resorted to this.

Ordered items 7/10/23 no items yet delivered. Order expected delivery 11-13/10/23. I’ve contacted the company via email, phone and online chat. No response as yet! Before ordering I received daily emails for offers and price reductions. Since ordering not one email!!!! Would not recommend this company

Made an order early October and was expecting it to be delivered by the 12th of October. A month later and I have nothing. Not a single email no box nothing. I’ve emailed on multiple occasions and have tried using the “online chat” and had NO RESPONSE. I made a large order and have no way of getting my money back. They don’t contact you and they don’t send you what you order so DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.

Dreadful company. Rob people of £200 and refuse to engage with people to rectify these issues. When you message on Facebook to get the matter sorted. They block you. Absolute abysmal company. Never known customer service so poor.

Placed an order but was sent nothing that matched the items I had selected. Everything was also two months out of date. I requested my original items to be sent and I received confirmation this would be processed but nothing has been received and no further response from the company.

I made an order with the snack chest on 5th of October 2023 and recieved 2 boxes on 17 October 2023. Once I unpacked the order I discovered that I had about 10 items missing and 2 substitutions that were no where near the value of the original items I ordered. I emailed the company to advise them, i received a response about 5 days later advising thst my order was sent in 2 boxes due to weight. I emailed back straight away confirming I had received 2 boxes and still had missing items. This has been going on now since 18th October and I now appear to be being ignored. No customer service whatsoever. I would advise people to avoid this company like the plague.

Really poor customer service and I will not be ordering from them again anytime soon as they claim to have split my order into 2 separate packages and my son has been asking me what is going on with his items for the past 2 weeks and I don't even know what to tell him as I don't know myself

Ordered 13/10. Still have not received my order, have emailed and gotten no response. Clearly a scam.

Update:paypal have now refunded me and I have reported this business to the relevant parties as they're clearly rinsing people for their money.

Cant call snack chest a company as they don't seem to want to get back to anyones emails!! Ordered products and never received anything! Sent numerous emails but no response as they had already received payment so why would they!

Absolutely terrible company, placed 2 orders as there was a good discount. Over half my order was missing and the rest was substituted with out of date items I didn’t want. Couldn’t even use any of the items sent as they were stale and inedible. Contacted twice and no response. Please save your money even if there’s a good discount.

Ordered the small sour box for my son- he was really pleased with it :-) Quick delivery and got a discount too.

AVOID! Robbing swines! £50 order that wasn't sent, thankfully I used PayPal and will start the process of getting my money back. I used them back in August and items were missing, I recieved an email a couple of weeks ago saying "new management 65% off orders! Obviously a lie, don't be fooled by them!

Avoid like the plague. Please save yourself money and stress and do NOT buy from here. I have ordered twice, and both times there has been literally half of my order missing. They have, apparently, just been taken over by "new management" , and have a 60% off sale with use of the code "NEWSTART", which gave me the impression that the old management must have been crap, maybe this new management has the competency to actually fulfill an order that actually has all the products that I ordered?? NOPE. STILL providing absolutely horribly shoddy customer service. Half my order was missing. (£9 of stuff from £20 order) Also, my gatorade had well expired, July 12th 2023. And I ordered 6th October 2023. Overall very bad. You can just look at their reviews over all social media platforms. Go somewhere that cares about providing good customer service, there are plenty out there. No need to use a company who have built a reputation on being shoddy and just overall awful...

Don't not order from these robbing people. Order never turned up and do not even reply to your emails. Lucky I paid with PayPal.

Delivery was very quick, ordered Thursday evening, got confirmation on Friday morning and parcel delivered Saturday morning! Also each bottle was individually wrapped for protection.

Interested in ordering from them again, but looks like they are redoing their website, as cannot search for items now.
