After being as concerned as everyone else in these reviews and having the same continual automated messages, i did in fact recieve my medication today. That was 10 days all in it took. Longer than usual but at least i got them. It seems they have been recently been taken over by another company , Functional Health Care Ltd who iv been told are not responsible for unfulfilled orders prior to them buying the company. Hopefully the slimming clinic will get back on track again going forward.

DO NOT GO NEAR THEM THE BUSINESS IS NOT RUNNING ANYMORE!!!!! I managed to get a full refund from my credit card company i have been waiting 5 weeks for my medication and sent 20 emails it’s disgusting!!!!! no response at all!! fight for your money back!!!

I returned a product on 14.7.25 for a full refund, and have had no communication from this company since.

I paid £762 three months ago they still haven't delivered and have gone silent and have not refunded me my money despite me emailing continually. Absolutely appalling, no communication at all. Advise everyone to never use them. I'm still waiting for my refund. Appalling I'm so angry.

I’m so annoyed, I placed an order on 16th July and my order still hasn’t been delivered. I have emailed and messaged only to be told they are sorry for the delay and it’s awaiting doctors approval. I have asked for a refund and told that it will cost £25 to cancel my order. They are then advertising free postage in August which is just a joke!! I’ve never had this issue in the past with them but the customer service is appalling!

Absolutely shocking service I placed an order on 30th June 2025 and paid £220 and still haven’t received my order. Every time I contact them they tell it’s still awaiting a GP review and they have back orders but 6 weeks later that’s a joke. They won’t give me a number to speak to an advisor as it’s for new patients only. Been a customer for years this is unacceptable.

Can you send my injections, I ordered on the 24th of june, you approved them but keep getting the same bloody automated response from you about issues with the pharmacy, if there was issues with pharmacy then you wouldn't be sending promotions and offers.
Ive used you for over a year now and youve ruined my weight loss journey!
I suggest you stop selling to customers and stealing there hard earned money. Your nothing but a scam!

Please do not order from this company, they take your payment upfront for weight loss medication and then do not deliver your product. I think the company has been dissolved if you look on companies however pretending to be trading by sending sales emails and stealing peoples money. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Ordered on 18th July and still not received medication. I have been using since January this year with no problems but now it’s awful. It is impossible to contact them and I have had one pathetic response to my e mails. I am now putting on weight because of the prolonged break. Avoid like the plague

I ordered a Mounjaro pen on 8th July and no delivery. They took the money from my account the day I ordered it. I've sent several messages and emails and received one reply 3 weeks ago saying they were experiencing supply problems but no further updates. I have asked for a refund but have heard nothing about that either, so I have no other choice but to pursue a refund/chargeback from my bank. It's so frustrating and disappointing because this business used to be trustworthy and reliable. But not any more unfortunately.

This company is an absolute scam, they take your money and don't send the medication! Good luck trying to get a refund or get in touch with them after they stole your money! They will ignore you and block you on social media if you try to contact them. Everyone needs to report them, this is getting out of hand!! AVOID!!!

I started on the treatment plan 16 months ago with doctors consultation. Initially very good but the last 6 months has been shocking. I ordered my medication on 20 June 2025 and it has still not turned up. I have wrote many emails and no response. I am now going to contact my creditcard to be refunded. left with no medication and dont know what to do ! Avoid avoid this company

Order took too long to process even though I had emails daily from promotions saying you could get medication within a few days. I ended up having to have a gap between my treatment now which is never good.

They have zero customer service, you pay 220 for a 3 months supply, they'll send you 30 day supply after 10 days of them ignoring you regarding your health questions, ive sent approximately 8 to 9 messages and have had zero response, can only hope i get my money back

IF I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered on 19/7 & by 4/8 still no update/order despite chasing several times. Ignores all emails & just send automated replies. Youve now abruptly ended my weight loss journey leaving me without any medication.. I had to claim a refund via the bank as they won’t refund you either !!

Same experience as the vast majority. Paid for medication and nothing has arrived. I've requested a refund on numerous occasions but had no response. I've contacted my bank today and hope to get a refund through them.

Been advised that the legal definition of theft under Section 1 of the Theft Act 1968 is "the dishonest appropriation of property belonging to another with the intention of permanently depriving the other of it". This certainly seems a good example of what this company is doing.

Awful company! order places 23/6/25, no updates, asked for a refund, ignore. used all portals, emails and messaging service. Rubbish responses, told me my refund would be processed and the patient supportteam would contact me - that was 7/7/25 - nothing! Having to go through my bank (Monzo) but takes time for a refund. Disgusting service and company!
