I, up until this day, work very close with Riley. He is a truly fascinating man, with an extreme amount of knowledge when it comes down to sleep, when it comes down to the body and everything related to it.
I know sleep is important, but we've all been there as an entrepreneur. For me, it's very hard to maintain my sleep in a very structured way. He's not just telling you to go to sleep at that hour. He really dives into what it is that your body needs specifically for you, and this way he is helping. Since then, not only my business life but also my personal life has been drastically improved just by adjusting things I didn't know and couldn't find just on the internet.
Over the past six months, I’ve had the privilege of working with Riley Jarvis, and the results have been exceptional.
I came in looking to improve my sleep, nutrition, fitness, and overall performance. What I received went far beyond surface-level advice or the kind of generic “sleep and productivity hacks” you see in low-quality YouTube videos.

He appears kind and amazing at the start but essentially is just one slick salesman. If you want to spend hundreds more on supplements that don’t work, or worse, worsen your health, then work with Riley. I worked with him for months with little improvement. He also makes unreasonable demands and greatly increases your stress by wanting you to track every single detail of your life and is inflexible with addressing concerns or dealing with them. I was under so much stress with all the things he wanted me to do and he said it was all necessary for “progress”. I had to stop the program due to the amount of stress I was under (and the fact that he made my health worse) and he’s refusing to refund because I didn’t complete it.
TLDR: The money back guarantee is a SCAM. Don’t fall for it and if it’s too good to be true, it is. It wouldn’t be so bad if he didn’t promise the world and charge a bomb, but he does. Doesn’t know how to address concerns or modify the program based on clients needs.

You enrolled in a personalized health and sleep optimization program and signed a non-refundable agreement with a conditional guarantee. The guarantee required 60 days of compliance with the protocol, daily tracking, and consultations so results could be properly evaluated. Unfortunately, those requirements were not completed, and multiple requests were made to exit the program early before the guarantee conditions were met.
Throughout the program there was ongoing communication through WhatsApp and coaching calls, and the process included structured guidance, tracking, and support as outlined in the program. In addition, the program was extended by an additional 60 days at no cost in order to provide more time and support.
The guarantee is designed to ensure fairness for both parties by requiring participation in the process. Without completing the agreed steps, it isn’t possible to properly assess outcomes. The matter was also reviewed through formal dispute channels where the full contract and communication history were provided.
We genuinely wish you the best moving forward and hope you find an approach that supports your goals.

This is not a real program. They are too interested into getting you payment done but not actually interested in giving you clear terms and conditions, refund policies, and contact information. It is really a no go for me! I have wasted my time with this guys, Riley Jarvis and Daniel Razvodovskis as his sales assistant, for nothing. When you ask about the type of tests and the lab details their answers are evasive as “don’t worry, we got you covered”. This smells so bad. Good thing I haven’t bitten the bait. This guys are not serious neither professionals. Stay away!
Sad, because the idea was good but of course too good to be true.

Our company is founded on principles of transparency, honesty, and exceptional customer care. During an assessment with our associate Daniel, Mr. Annunziata expressed interest in proceeding with our program. After sending the payment link, Mr. Annunziata claimed to have completed the payment and provided screenshots of payment confirmation. However, no actual payment was received in our system.
Upon thorough investigation, we discovered that the payment receipts and confirmations appeared to be fabricated. The evidence suggests this may have been an attempt to claim payment was made, then accuse our company of both failing to deliver services and misappropriating funds.
Following the interaction with Daniel, Mr. Annunziata proceeded to spam our social media channels with "SPAM ALERT" over 100 times, alongside other concerning behaviors. When we reached out multiple times to schedule a call to address the payment discrepancy, Mr. Annunziata declined all attempts at resolution.
While we cannot determine whether this was premeditated, this is unprecedented in our company's history. We take every client interaction as an opportunity to learn and improve our systems. This situation has prompted us to enhance our processes to ensure even better service for our valued clients.
