The Limited Company name is The White Star Key Group Ltd with Company number 10582944
I have today received confirmation of this from the ASA (Advertising Standards Agency) whom state they have ruled AGAINST this company and it’s false claims.
Section 3 of the CAP Code has rules on misleading advertising. It makes clear that free claims should only be made when the product or service is actually free and that qualifications to offers should be made sufficiently clear.
The Skinny Caffe fails to make clear when a six month subscription applies when purchasing a single product on WEBSITE. By omitting this material information, the ad misleads consumers.
Despite repeated requests from the CAP Compliance team, The White Star Key Group Ltd trading as the Skinny Caffe continues to advertise problematic health claims and weight loss claims on its whilst also omitting material information about their subscription packages.
ASA found in my favour!
Do the same and don’t let these cowboys get away with it!

AVOID ORDERING FROM HERE AT ALL COSTS.
This company is a complete con. I placed an order for a free trial in May, they then enrolled me in a paid subscription without my agreement and even though I emailed them the very same day I placed the order to cancel, they still sent me the product. I then sent the product back, un opened, they have claimed they did not receive it and have continued to charge me monthly for 5 months now even though I ask to cancel weekly.
Do not have anything to do with this awful company

Conned into 6 month subscription and…
Conned into 6 month subscription and after trying one cup of the hot chocolate it was horrible I tried to see if I could cancel as I didn’t like it. They tried to get me to swap for coffee which I don’t like anyway! I have now got 5 unopened packs of the hot chocolate in my cupboard which I have asked if I can return and get refunds as I do not like it so it’s being wasted, to which they refused. Make sure you really want to waste your money on hot chcooate before buying!

Absolutely terrible!
Absolutely awful. Automatically signed me up to two 6 month subscriptions which I never agreed to and when I asked them to cancel it they refused. Never spoken to someone properly as all automated responses which are unhelpful, unorganised and rude. I dont like their products, dont use their products and yet they still send them out to me and take money out my account which I haven't given consent for. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!

Unethical Company
Terrible experience where my daughter ordered a free sample and all of a sudden £15 was debited from my account, when I enquired I was told that I couldn't cancel for 6months. I received a rude email when I stopped this payment with my bank saying that I'd pay a lot more in fees and that they never lose a case. How rude. I'll never ise them again, simply from a moral point of view. Instead of forcing customers into a relationship they should earn the right. Dissapointed but not surprised.

Excellent products and customer service. I recently had to contact The Skinny Caffe in regard to a query and they could not have been more helpful and caring. The way they treated me was exceptional and I would definitely recommend them.

My experience as a disabled Skinny Caffe coffee user.
I have found it a little difficult to loose much weight especially as I am disabled and spend most of my 'mobile' time in a wheelchair. I am unable to go swimming or exercise because of my disability, which I am attempting to over come with medical intervention Having said that, I have found that, with Day and Night coffee from The Skinny Caffe, I am able to maintain my weight at around 14st.

If there was an option for 0 stars I would have chosen that. This company scams people into a subscription that you cannot get out of until 6 months later, which means you pay around £140 for a product you don’t like or want. I’ve had multiple people try the product and each person has said it is the worst hot chocolate they have ever tasted. Whenever you try to contact the company you get the exact same automated email in response a few DAYS later. WORST COMPANY EVER!
