Bought a large rug from the Rug Warehouse. Beautiful rug and very good quality. Colours and description exactly as portrayed online. Very pleased with customer service from start to finish. Fast Delivery.

Very impressed with the service and quality of the rug. Placed my order on a Tuesday evening, rug delivered Thursday morning - perfectly packed. Customer service personally followed up to check all received ok. Love that it’s a local, independent business too.

We love our rug and it actually looks like it does on line. Very quick delivery and great product

bought a rug from these people, a Chandi da Vinci Cream, Grey Rug to be precise ! It is excellent. The colour is right, the texture feels luxurious. It really is just what we needed in our sitting room. a good company to deal with too, you get the feeling they care.

Excellent service from these guys they even changed my rug mid way as I changed my mind, I will definitely be using again 5*

I ordered the Aduma Nuit rug and was pleasantly surprised to receive a phone call saying my rug was out for delivery and that I would now get tracking info . The night before delivery I did get info and on the morning itself Alan the courier texted with a delivery window . The rug is absolutely beautiful thick and luxurious looking . Very pleased with whole experience

I ordered a handmade rug from the Rugs Warehouse. All aspects of the transaction were clear and efficient, staff were helpful and the rug is absolutely beautiful. The colour is gorgeous and its very hard to get a totally plain, solid single coloured circular rug. Delivery all by arrangement on a suitable date and well worth waiting for.

Really pleased with the rugs. Delivered safely and at the expected time. Would order again.
