I've ordered multiple times from this website and it takes a couple weeks to come and always in good quality there was one time were they put the wrong name on a jersey so I emailed them and they asked for a picture of the shirt for proof and a couple weeks later a replacement came in the mail for free💯

Don’t bother! It took over 3 weeks to be delivered, XL size arrived and it was too small, I have tried to request an exchange of refund and have had little to no response from customer services. At one reply they asked me to measure the shirt. Really poor service.

I ordered Xmas presents for my grandson November 10th. Took my money, but still have no product over 6 weeks later I think I’ve been duped, so reported to Credit Card fraud.

Ordered XXL they sent XL and now they won't correct their mistake. Avoid at all costs! absolutely pathetic excuse of a company they should be shut down.

Avoid at all cost. asked to pay before you even give your delivery address. No customer service whatsoever.

Ordered two jerseys. They notified me a couple weeks after ordering (and paying for expedited shipping) that one of the jerseys I ordered was actually out of stock. They emailed me asking if I wanted a different jersey instead. I responded back with an alternate jersey choice (but they never acknowledged this email). About a month after original purchase I received one of the jerseys I ordered, and the other jersey substitute I sent, but both in the wrong size, significantly smaller than the adidas/nike jerseys. I emailed them a few times and they never responded. Terrible customer service. Compared both jerseys to real jerseys from adidas & Nike in same year and kit template (that I have had for years) to the ‘06 jerseys I received—the retrokit jerseys are made in China and cheap. After sending a few emails and receiving no response, I gave up hoping they would help resolve the issue. And Retrokit jerseys were knock offs than ran significantly smaller. This company is fraud. DO NOT PURCHASE

Absolutely appalling customer service. Do not buy as you will be ripped off. Shirt clearly doesn’t fit the size advertised but they won’t even exchange. One very disappointed boy on his birthday. Shocking service.

Awful. Customer service is up there with the worst I’ve experienced - clearly make a living from paying off to be advertised on every other instagram and Facebook page.

Terrible customer service, avoid at all costs. Asked for a refund as item never arrived and they agreed to send the money back however never did. Then ignored all emails.

Sorry, but this shop is 100% fake:
- No Impressum
- Privacy policy site only contains titles
- Poor programming
- No description about products
- No information about "in stock" or delivery time

AND:
- No delivery at all
- No feedback on mails
- No phone number

Shocking company with no customer services my 15yr old son bought me a chelsea top for Xmas but unfortunately did not fit there's no contact numbers or address to send products back asked me to measure top sent them photos etc then their emails stopped

I have so far bought 2 kits from their site and both has arrived to Norway (the shipping takes about 1-2 months)

The kits are obviously fake/they just produce them themselves. But the quality of the kits is pretty good to be fake I have to say. And with a original kit costing 150£ these days I dont mind getting one that almost identical for 35£ (with patches and print from the year the kit was)

For me the only complaint has been that they have forgot some patches aswell as printed with wrong font. But when I confronted them with this they said they were sorry and gave me a -30% coupon code asweell as sent the missing patches with the next kit I ordered. So for the second kit I ordered I just sent them pictures exactly how I wanted the kit to look on Instagram and they got it correct this time. So for me customer service seems fine.

Update: I have found out this site is basically just a dropshipper site where they order the kits on dhgate. So Ive just been ordering kits from there for even cheaper. But remember kits from both sites are fake so if you dont mind it is low risk if they are bad

Kit arrived after a while and fits small but it looks nice and quality isn't bad

Not sure if this can count as a review but I wanted to buy some merchandise from them. However, I was suspicious about their website and instagram page so I contacted them directly over IG to ask where they are based and they would not respond to that question. Their website says customer service is available but there isn't any. After reading reviews here on Trustpilot, I believe I have avoided a scam.

Horrendous customer service, obviously a drop shipper, fake kits and shipping took 10 weeks. Avoid this scam website

I bought 2 jerseys from the retro kits on request of my son. After 2 months I received a letter from Border Force UK that the items I ordered were detained because they are counterfeit and will be destroyed. Trying to get my money back now but their email doesn't exist anymore.

I fear I have been scammed got a very basic e Mail thanks if me for the order no order details And no contact info
For this company have already called fraud team from my card company

Super small, supposed to be a size XL more like a size Medium, name on back of shirt also poor quality, spaced too close together, these shirts come from china so delivery also took forever.

After 3 months I finally received my order only to found out to it being rubish quality, when i complained about they insulted me, terrible company and i would avoid them at all cost
