First rate experience. Was reluctant at first as I haven’t ever gone down the refurbished route but I took the plunge on a monitor and so glad I did. Arrived on time, free delivery, beautifully packed up, an extra cable, great value and when I emailed to say thanks had an immediate response. Will definately use again. Great customer service
The order I had placed had been incorrect tly listed. I received a very polite email as they couldn't reach me by phone, and they explained it was a mistake and that I could order a similar item. I decided to
go ahead and was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the product, the speed of delivery, but most of all the great customer service.

New laptop - Windows 11
I needed a new laptop. My old one didn’t support Windows 11. I chose an HP Elite book. Really pleased. It turned up next day. There was not a mark on it and it works like a dream. The price was a fraction of the new price. Very pleased with my purchase.

They do what they promise.
The renewed computer that I ordered from the Renewed Store arrived literally within hours of my order. Really well packed, it was in superb condition and I have been using it since day one. The price that I paid was very fair, follow up has been good with the promise that should there be any problem with the computer, the Store would attempt to resolve it. I would therefore totally recommend the Renewed Store on all levels.

I was totally amazed with the tech that i purchased from The Renewed Store.
i could not believe the saving that i made
After purchasing the renewed monitor i was dubious about the quality for the price that i would be getting
Nothing to worry about though as it arrived on time and was way better than expected
Great service and also came with a BSI kite mark which is the British high standard for guaranteed satisfaction products, And a years guarantee.
Also great communication and saved some tech from the land fill and lowered my carbon footprint
what's not to like.

Great computer supported with Great Advice
I had an enquiry before i bought my computer. and the response was not only very quick but also directed me to a better computer than the one I was asking after at the same price. Computer arrived well packaged and was very quick to set up and Runs smoothly. you would think it was brand new out of the box.

Great qualiy product
I've been pondering purchasing a laptop to travel with me for photo editing, moving photos from SD cards to safe storgage and basic e mails etc. Waited a long time to decide to purchase refurbished so glad I did my Dell laptop was graded excellent and arrived looking brand new not a mark on it works so well will do everything I need and a good price would buy from here again with no hesitation.
