I was waiting for weeks for the order to be delivered, when I paid first clsss delivery. There was no communication to say the order was out of stock. Itwas only when I emailed the order got processed. In fairness a full refund was issued very quickly.

The dedication and commitment of a perfect delivery of the goods was exemplary, thank you.

Good product delivered in quick time at reasonable price

It's great to be able to trust a company with your business knowing that that product you've order will turn up quickly as promised.

Ordered a base layer and I have received some cards and write on card stickers.

I emailed the company about the mix up but their response appeared to be only about the review that I left. They said they would send the item out 24hr delivery with a returns label to send the incorrect items back. Received a tracking number from Royal Mail and it has not been sent 24hr delivery. Poor service.

Great genuine business, great product and great shipping speed

Ordered on Sunday on a next day delivery. Order wasn’t processed till Tuesday, arrived on Wednesday. Wouldn’t mind it so much if postage wasn’t so expensive.
Disappointed that an incorrect item was sent and not what I originally ordered. Spoke with the team who apologised and said a replacement would be sent next day.
Called again this morning as I had not received any tracking information for the replacement only to be told that Royal Mail were sending the replacement back to refstop.
Hopefully 3rd time lucky tomorrow

Despatched quickly and exactly as described

Ordered buzzer flags, took over 2 months to arrive, massive lack of updates until the end, not a great experience from a company I did use often.

Ordering is really easy and they also made it easy to rectify an order when I chose something different. Good delivery too.

Bought a set of match cards and paid next day delivery than emailed and then got told they’re either going to be delivered on Friday or Monday! Please put on website out of stock and when they’re delivered then make them available for purchase!
