We went through Michael (TPFG) for development finance on our most recent development for a facility of over £1m. The lender Michael put us in touch with has been amazing & professional throughout the entire process so far. Michael was there to help throughout the initial setup process after we had accepted the development finance offer. Overall Michael and the lender have been brilliant to work with and I would highly recommend him for any development finance requirements!
