Eddie is a super star! Absolutely incredible service and knowledge. Eddie is so passionate about what he does, it really is refreshing. He loves a challenge and has been so helpful during this process (S8) where the tenant has free legal aid and has put through a defence and counter claim and managed to get the case adjourned. His knowledge in these types of possessions is fantastic and although I only just submitted my response, I feel confident that I will obtain possession and if I don't Eddie will find a way.

I cannot hank him enough for all the support. If you have a difficult case, whatever it may be don't hesitate to contact him. He will find a way to make it right even if it seems impossible.

Eddie was recommended by a friend who had used his services to assist with an eviction and she spoke very highly of him. I needed to sell my house and my tenant refused to go. Ed's experience helped me evict a tenant who knew how to play the court system after my estate agents did a poor job ensuring all the correct documents were in place prior to starting the tenancy. This could of lead to a very lengthy and complicated procedure had I not been advised by Ed on what to do to keep it short and sweet.
Ed's fair fees and advice cannot be compared to any of these larger companies that just want your money and have no real experience!. We have asked for help The Process Experts when our tenant declined to accept our Notice. And from that moment we were guided through the whole process from reissuing a new Notice, through court hearing, possession order receipt and bailiff process. It costs a fraction of price of other landlords' lawyers fees and it is absolutely worth it! The Process Experts know what they doing and how to make your difficult tenant to move out of your property. I would recommend it to everyone having problems with their tenants!

I've dealt with Eddie a couple of times and this time I had a nightmare tenant in the property not paying rent. Eddie did all the court papers and helped me through the process from start to finish. I did get a poor judge at the hearing so it turned into a long ordeal but Eddie helped me through it and the tenant is now out. I would recommend to anyone!!!

Ed has literally been a god send to me. I have 36 property’s which I rent out which comes with a lot of stress. I have a nightmare tenant at the moment who is trying to sue me for over £10k so the last few months have been terrifying. First Class Service. This is the second time I have used the services of The Process Experts and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Eddie guided and supported me throughout the process of serving a Section 21 notice. I had problems with the deposit protection and Eddie showed me a solution which allowed me to serve a valid section 21 notice and I obtained a 14 day possession order at the first attempt. Eddie knows the rules and he shows you how to apply them to achieve a 5 star outcome. I can't thank you enough Eddie.
