I can only say good things about the Planning Bee. From our first meeting with Paralegal Chris Mills to my Mum receiving her Trust papers everything ran so smoothly. Chris explained everything to my Mum, my brother and I in "layman's terms" a very rare thing today. We have found the process from start to finish very smooth with The Planning Bee and they have been incredibly helpful. Nick came out initially to visit and was knowledgeable, polite and supportive, taking the time to explain everything properly. We have since had to make some amendments and Marc has been very helpful; he called within a day, drafted the amendments for us and has been very helpful throughout. I would definitely recommend The Planning Bee.

Overall, working with The Planning Bee was a pleasant experience throughout a fairly complex transaction. Good initial meeting with the paralegal and follow up support from the head office. Documents were well prepared with clear and precise guidance on completion. A few communication difficulties with documents travelling to and fro in the post. Only frustration really was that nobody ever answered the phone and it was a process of leaving messages and awaiting a call back. Otherwise very pleased with the service.

He was friendly, professional & extremely knowledgeable.
We would definitely recommend him to anyone struggling to understand how the whole process works .

Met with Chris Mills on Friday 19th September. Chris gave me a lot of advice and explanations with no jargon. I now feel completely satisfied with things we put in place. By Sunday I had an email from the solicitor who is completing the draft paperwork. Can't believe after months of concern about things how Chris could make it so uncomplicated.
