Mr Chris Mills was pleasant and friendly, he explained everything thoroughly so that we could understand it if we didn’t he explained it a different way, he made us feel at ease and comfortable with him

Was a bit anxious at first not really knowing what to expect but once met with Spenser was put at ease with everything very respectful over all would deffinately recommend this company for anyone unsure of where to start on getting a will done

I met Ed yesterday to instruct him regarding writing my will. I was a little anxious about the meeting initially just because I didn’t know what to expect what questions he may need answers too and how much personal information I needed to divulge.
Well how wrong was I. From the moment I stepped in to their office I was greeted politely and shown into a private comfortable room to wait for Ed to finish on the phone call he was on when I arrived. I was offered a coffee whilst waiting and offered an apology for the wait which was less than 5 minutes. I was greeted by Ed and a relaxed smile a brief explanation of the will process, I answered a few questions explained what I wanted and everything was tied up. The whole process was, polite, relaxing, respectful and I think what I liked most about the Planning Bee 🐝 set up was that it was a family run business which made me feel relaxed and in great hands. I would 100% recommend them to everyone who needs a will. Simple, concise quick and efficient service. Everything they promised. Well done to this wonderful family team. Good Luck with your future.

Spencer visited us at home, originally to redraft our wills. He asked if we had Power of Attorney which we did not. He explained the importance of these documents and advised we did them. Spencer also explained the benefits of having a property trust. He certainly covered everything with clear explanations - we learnt things we hadn't even considered. The service provided by Spencer was excellent, would recommend the Planning Bee.

Grat company to deal with
First step you book a house visit with one of there advisors takes around 2 hours at the end everthing that you agreed you wanted they transfer to the company.
Second step 2/3 weeks later you get copies of the the wills to accept or amend and return to P Bee.
Third step proper wills are drafted an sent for signing by you and 2 witnesses.
Fouth step the wills are returned having been verified and recorded and sent back to you for safe keeping.
Job Done time around 4 weeks at the price you agreed in step one.
