Fran was exceptionally knowledgeable and kind. He put my concerns at ease, answered all of my many questions, and provided the necessary tools and suggestions on how to improve my condition. Highly recommend!

Peter was very thorough - put me through a number of different exercises with a strong focus on form.

I started seeing Anthony Guiducci about a year ago following a lower back disc/sciatic injury and I am very grateful for the work he did supporting me with my rehabilitation. Anthony is very friendly and enthusiastic and adopts a patient/client centred approach to his assessment, treatment and management. He listened to me moaning when I felt I wasn’t progressing and offered encouragement and reassurance. He made other suggestions to aid my recovery, such as introducing supplements such as Magnesium to support my sleep and Tumeric for inflammation. In addition to the physio recovery programmes and goals he set and updated after each visit, he also gave me advice regarding returning to running (without exacerbating things) and has given me the skills and confidence to use various strategies to minimise the risk of further injury or a recurrence of this one.
I can honestly say my lower back feels ‘normal’ again now.

Frank took time to explain my diagnoses using his anatomical spine model and talked me through the issues affecting my condition and the proposed exercises. Excellent.

I have been suffering with a shoulder issue for most of 2022 and was referred to South Lincoln Physiotherapy & Sport Injuries Clinic for assessment and treatment. I have had a number of sessions with Sam in recent months and I have had significant improvement. Sam has been courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. He has done great work on my shoulder and given me a range of exercises to do. I am very pleased with my progress and can't recommend Sam highly enough. All of the my sessions have started on time and never felt rushed. Thanks Sam!

Anthony was great he knew exactly what was wrong and gave me really useful advice that has already made a difference. I have seen another physio ( different practice) before and they were not nearly as informative or confident in their knowledge.

Anthony has helped me with a lower back issue and most recently an injury I sustained to my finger. It has been a pretty awful year since I got made redundant and then had an accident, and the help I received from Anthony didn't just cover the physical issues I faced. His positivity and outlook on life has been a breath of fresh air and made coming for a sometimes painful appointment easy to deal with. I would highly recommend going to see Anthony for physiotherapy!

I needed some guidance for exercising and rehabilitating my back after a fall 3 months ago which fractured a vertebra. Quick process in obtaining an appointment. I felt the advice was authoritative and useful, as well as comments on what I had been doing previously for exercise. Frank has a pleasant and confident manner. If I need further advice, I would have no hesitation in returning.

I first went on New Year’s Eve 2021 after a miserable month with limited function in my right arm. A frozen shoulder was diagnosed and months of patient encouragement from Anna followed I had my visit on 30th September. I cannot praise Anna highly enough for her skill and patience. When I first came into the clinic, I was in a desperate and somewhat confused state as to why I was having issues walking. Anna has been a delight to work with and very professional, she was very good at her job and managed to diagnose and pinpoint the issues. After suffering for months, she expertly found the origin of the pain and made it disappear with a good press into the points. It was night and day after that and I've never felt so much relief so quickly. Thank you so much Anna! She was so good that I have started calling her a magician, haha. Highly recommend her, she's a really lovely person to work with. *edit: She was also very helpful in giving me the appropriate exercises and tips on how to treat them myself in the future, as well as preventive steps to avoid having them again. I love that the clinic uses an online account for the exercises, which are personalised and easy to use.

Bertie, my appointed physio was very professional in his approach and had an easy manner. Good comm's re the exercises he advised and supported me sent demos / pictorials of the exercises, would have no hesitation in advising him and the clinic as a go to physio outfit !!

I was recommended to visit the south gyle practice to get some treatment for trapped nerves I had in my neck. I was extremely stressed when I was diagnosed with the problem and after receiving a call from Frank it made the whole experience so much easier to deal with. Frank really made me feel relaxed when attending my appointments and always focused on the positive improvements I was seeing week on week rather than overthinking that it was going to get better. I have since finished my treatment with Frank and am back at work with no nerve pain. I will visit Frank again in the future just to make sure things continue moving in the right direction. 10/10 for me as the service was 1st. Class

After being released from a Spire Hospital with a recommendation to enrol with a Physiotherapist to further my recovery from receiving a new knee, I chose to enrol with a local therapist in Peebles. I completed a course of six sessions with the young man and am happy with the treatment I received. Always helpful and encouraging, I would recommend this physiotherapist, Mr Ryan.

Attended the Leith clinic. Anna made me feel at ease from my first appointment. She was very friendly, thorough and extremely professional. Recommended numerous exercises and equipment to treat my condition, which worked. Would have no hesitation in recommending Anna and the clinic at Leith.

I received clear and concise advice about the cause of my condition and the required treatment from Shane.

Due to the treatment and advice from Shane, my achilles and mobility are now significantly improved and I continue to exercise as he suggested.

Should the issue return I would be very happy to once again receive treat from Shane.

I was worried about a hip injury but after my physio sessions I was able to confidently go to the gym with a more mobile hip, knowing I had had a professional and thorough assessment

I went to Jacqui to help relieve my lower back pain. She always listened to my issues and we worked through them. She gave me exercises to do at home and I always left the session feeling great. Jacqui has got me back to being active and doing the things I enjoy.
