Visited the Pheasant for a meal last night which unfortunately was not good for various reasons. I advised the staff of our concerns and immediately the manageress came to see us to discuss our issues apologising and saying she would talk to the chef.
Following their discussion we were more than happy with the resolution and I would like to say how nice it was to be dealt with in a very professional and customer friendly manner something not readily encountered these days.
Not from the area but had eaten a very nice meal here before and will look forward to our next visit.

Had a very pleasant meal here for 4 at 6pm Saturday 14/9/24, A steak pie, Halloumi salads and a vegetarian lasagne, all were beautifully presented and everyone commented on how nice it both looked and tasted, the staff were really friendly and attentive despite the pub being very full, prices were very good value for the quality and quantity. Highly recommended.

Had a meal of cod and chips cold fish and cold peas having complained rather than apologise were told it wasnt cold and there were no more cod what a way to run a restaurant steer clear

freinds & i chose rhis beutifully country pub/rest. purely by accident. This place should not be confused not be confused with the toddington in bedford where we intended to meet. But were we thankful the location is nice and quiet, the building is as a village place should be,Inside was ideal, the service was frendly, the menu is well sorted and of the highest quality both in size & taste, it was an excellent to be visited on again. WELL DONE
