Worst costumer service at the shop…
Worst costumer service at the shop westfield and also support team did worse. I was denied discount on blue light when i contacted the support team they asked me to go back to store and they will give me partial refund but when i went back the team refused to give discount even though i showed them emails from their support. I paid parking charges and fuel to get back their when again i reached their support they repeated same thing to go back to store. First they denied discount then they offered partial discount and even that was not given. Wasted my time and money

I am truly sorry to hear about your experience at our Westfield store, this is certainly not the level of service we aim to provide and I completely understand how frustrating it must have been to be asked to return to the store multiple times without receiving the discount you were entitled to, especially having incurred parking and fuel costs.
