Free Gift?
If you are purchasing on the basis of receiving the free Gift that is advertised then be advised it is not guaranteed and if out of stock you won't receive it at all. You receive a email part of your order is ready for collection and then a further email cancelling the free Gift. The store was no better, they could not even offer an alternative sample other than a useless bag. Not the best experience and prices at alternative suppliers are just as competitive, so this will influence my decision in future.

My experience today at lakeside thurrock on Lower floor was very fruitful. Service was excellent. Store assistant was patient , friendly , understanding and most importantly didn't rush me to make a decision .Her name was Karen.She worked around my desire and expectation . Katie at Lakeside
I went into the Lakeside, Thurrock branch after being disappointed by other retailers and was greeted and helped by Katie. Katie was quick to listen to what I wanted and understood my hesitation, I need something at a great price that could be a daily use - I am extremely fussy but within 3 suggestions Katie found me a perfect mid point between my two favourite fragrances that would serve me daily and leave me with my signature smells for special occasions. Not only that but Katie also managed to upsell on me two more fragrances that I had no intention of buying but due to her expertise and understanding what I was looking for left me with no choice but to add them to my repertoire.
Katie was very down to earth, knowledgable, helpful, willing and ready and patient - great energy despite it being 8pm!
Thank you for making my day easy and pain free, I will be back!
I hope that Katie is acknowledged for her great effort, perfect customer service and overall attitude. As a former retail manager this is somebody I would have loved on my team!

I went into store wanting to buy one…
I went into store wanting to buy one aftershave for my partner but ended up walking out with three! But it was worth it. Nicki the sales advisor was a gem, she was very helpful and accommodating to what I was looking for and also suggested other scents that I may have not noticed (they ended up being the extra two I purchased :)) - thank you again Nicki

This afternoon my husband and I walked…
This afternoon my husband and I walked into the perfume shop to by perfumes. We asked for the price of a particular perfume, a lady was on her tablet and shouted out, " £24.99!! Without looking at us. They were all unprofessional gossiping and were very unhelpful l! We left immediately since they were not ready to help us, we had to buy it somewhere else. We heard them all giggling as we walked out of the shop!
