Great experience
Great experience. I had a love2shop e-gift card and was having a hard time using it. I came into the Surrey Quays centre and to the Perfume Shop and Mai helped me to order a physical gift card. I came back today to use it on my favourite YSL Opium. Her patience and excellent customer service is to be commended. Thank you Mai and Pauline for your patience and professionilism.

Carole (at surrey quays shopping centre branch) is very helpful, pleasant and knowledgeable shop assistant, every time i go there for perfume, she is very friendly and attentive.
