Saira was so helpful, she really made me feel welcomed and was knowledgeable about all the fragrances I was looking at. In particular Jess who works here really took the time out to attend to my needs by introducing me to a variety of beautiful fragrances, with the help of Jess I was able to make the most awesome purchase getting my 25% off as a loyal member and free gift . Just been in to the medowhall upper shop, as we had an absolute nightmare at home I broke the bottle when trying to refill, we called up over the phone and lovely Jess served us and was so so helpful, genuinely the best customer service I’ve had.

I would like to praise and appreciate the kind and very helpful manager of the Meadowhall’s branch! I actually bought the wrong product of Chanel bleu, after some explaining from the manager with great customer service, she guided me to the correct product, with just minimal price difference to pay, she made me a very happy customer. I was welcomed into the store by Kim who helped me choose a couple of fragrances. Kim was very warm and friendly and even though I had a problem with pricing she helped me fix it on the till.
