Hello Sahibzada,
Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. I am sorry to hear that you have been unable to return your item and for the frustration and inconvenience this has caused.
I completely understand how disappointing it must have been to visit your local store expecting to be able to return the product, only to be advised that the return would need to be processed through our online returns process instead.
To make the process as straightforward as possible, a free Royal Mail returns label can be generated through our returns portal, allowing you to return the item at no additional cost.
To allow us to investigate your circumstances further and ensure the correct guidance has been provided, please reach out to our Customer Services team via the Contact Us section of our website. They will be happy to review your case and assist with the next steps available to you.
Once again, please accept my apologies for the inconvenience caused.
Kind regards,
Logan

Not the same anymore..
I visited this perfume shop recently after being away for a while and it’s a good range of scents, however this time has changed my thoughts. I was served by someone with short brown hair I think she said beth - however I asked for a specific fragrance and was steered toward the opposite scent profile, i wanted a deep amber smell but was recommended citrus and fresh and even some male scents? Maybe it’s a lack of knowledge I’m not sure. I did say I didn’t like citrus/fresh however I felt ignored as I was still being given smells that were fresh but even so the service assistance felt a bit abrupt. I ended up leaving which is such a shame because it’s always been a good store to go to - used to have good chats and jokes with the workers seems to have gone down hill.

Hi Kate,
I’m really sorry to hear about your recent experience, especially as you’ve previously enjoyed visiting this store and had such positive interactions with the team.
I completely understand how disappointing it must have felt to explain the type of fragrance you were looking for, only to feel that your preferences weren’t fully listened to. We want our customers to feel understood and supported when choosing a fragrance, so I’m sorry that this wasn’t the experience you received on this occasion.
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. This has been taken on board and will be shared with the relevant team so it can be reviewed and used to help improve the experience moving forward.
We really appreciate your previous loyalty to the store and hope we can provide you with a much more positive experience next time.
Kind regards,

The Perfume Shop Redditch
Visited the Kingfisher Shopping Centre Redditch whilst on holiday and found The Perfume Shop, knew what I wanted but wasn’t 100% sure. The two lovely assistants sprayed two perfumes for me, decided on which one I wanted, Poison by Dior 100ml, at a realistic price, so it was purchased. These two young ladies took an interest in our accents, we live in Hampshire, we ended up having a great conversation with them, they advised us where to visit during our stay. They are a credit to your company and would recommend all shoppers to pop in to The Perfume Shop on a Wednesday afternoon to be welcomed with such warmth. Service, as we received, is very limited these days. Fantastic experience, well done girls.

Walked in just for a quick look and walked out smelling incredible 😂
Becca was an absolute star. Super friendly, knew her stuff, and somehow managed to find a fragrance I actually loved which is no easy task. No pushy sales, just good vibes and great advice.
The whole team were lovely and made the place feel really welcoming. Easily the nicest perfume shopping experience I’ve had in a long time.
Would 100 percent recommend. Wallet slightly lighter, confidence significantly higher 😄 Thanks Becca and the team.
