I had a really nice experience at the perfume shop. The staff were very friendly and offered me testers to try different fragrances without any pressure. I was able to take my time, find a scent I truly liked, and then confidently make my purchase. Great customer service and a welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommended

The store had the aftershave I wanted for my friends birthday present.
I was served by a lovely young lady called Grace. Grace was very polite, attentive and knowledgeable with the brands. A great team asset, would highly recommend compared to other shops in the area.

Poole Dorset store: Freya is an asset to your team!
My husband offered to buy me a new perfume for our anniversary and we’d been to two previous shops in the centre, to no avail.
Freya was so knowledgeable about the scents and the history behind some of the designers / designs. We were impressed by this.
I tried quite a few samples before settling on JP Gautier Paradise Garden. Thank you so much Freya for your patience, helpfulness, attention to detail and excellent customer service, I hope other PS stores follow your lead and I’ll be a returning customer for sure.
