Excellent service extremely professional staff,Maddie and her colleague were exceptional very polite and helpful and brilliant at what they do,this is the only perfume shop I come to and the main reason is due to the staff and how they make your shopping experience great.

Outstanding service
This was my first experience of The Perfume Shop. I phoned the Norwich, Chapelfield branch to obtain a difficult to buy Ralph Lauren Polo Green male perfume. The lady I spoke to was called Lilli and immediately advised me she had two in stock. I said I would be down directly and asked her to reserve both. On arrival I found Lilli to be very personable and most effecient. An absolute credit to her Company. So much so I spent another £90 on perfume for my wife.
