Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I’m pleased to hear that you otherwise had an experience worthy of five stars, although I completely understand your disappointment at not being able to use your reward alongside the 20% discount.
Our promotional offers are subject to their individual terms and conditions and on this occasion, the 20% promotion could not be used in conjunction with another offer. Our rewards programme terms also explain that redemption exclusions can apply depending on the promotion running at the time.
Please be assured that your reward remains available for you to use on another eligible purchase, subject to its validity and the applicable promotional terms.
We really appreciate your feedback regarding being able to choose when to use your rewards, and I’m sorry that this restriction took away from what would otherwise have been a five-star experience for you.

FIRST TIME BUYERS AT THIS PARTICULAR STORE
First time in your Livingston Centre store and won't be out last.
What a truly wonderful experience we had.
We arrived just after 9am and met by the lovely Aurora, who could not do enough to help us.
She used her expertise to help us decide which fragrances to buy, whilst remaining professional at all times.
She asked if we had a rewards card which I had, however seeing as I hasn't used it for so long she couldn't find me on the system. She asked if we'd like another and she re registered me back onto the system.
She kindly wrapped up 2 of our purchases as these are gifts.
Many thanks Aurora for making us feel very welcome in your shop during our shopping experience, you where of a warm and friendly disposition.

10th November 2025, at the Livingston store in the elements, I was helped by a girl called Kirsty and the customer service I received from this girl was phenomenal! She was so helpful and was so welcoming! She made me feel very comfortable and customer service like this shouldn’t go unnoticed! I stopped in to buy a birthday gift for wife and the perfume shop had the exact brand I was looking for and when I was paying it was cheaper than online as they where giving a discount and they lady also asked if I would like it wrapped so all round good service and a good price
