The sales assistant was so helpful … over and above helpful … she helped me to find something similar to what I wanted … and also found from another store what I was looking for … she arranged delivery and it was with me 2 days later …. Fiona was an excellent saleswoman to me, she was so sweet and lovely and cheered up my day. I will definitely be coming back for her. Just popped into the new boutique in Lakeside, great selection of niche fragrances. I was particularly impressed with a staff member called Rayan, he has a vast knowledge of fragrances & i could tell he is passionate about what he does. He really is a massive credit to the company. Was so refreshing to talk to a sales assistant who knows what they are talking about. 5/5 experience
