Visited the High Wycombe shop today and was very impressed with Adila. She answered all of my questions - I've been looking at deals on Paco Lady Million. Adila was friendly, very knowledgeable and suggested buying the Eau de Parfum Spray Gift Set which meant I'd get today's 25% discount. Really happy with the customer service I received today.

Great customer service. Very friendly and showed me all the options, I'm very happy with my purchase.

I'd left it too late to do click and collect in store so I paid for home delivery My gift was delivered next day
I was really impressed as was my grandson with his personalised gift
