Staff are always so helpful when I go into store, nothing is ever too much. So polite, will always shop here.

All the staff there are very helpful and friendly they are all very knowledgeable about the products and the prices are great i do not go any were else for my products i have been coming to the shop there in Fosse Park for years and i always tell people to go there best place every merry Christmas every one you are doing a great job

I will never shop anywhere for my perfume but the perfume shop and I especially love the fosse park store I’ve been in multiple and fosse park has always been my favourite they always give great service and are really helpful and have great deals and prices.When I last went in however I was extremely impressed hence why I am writing this review as I was served by a young girl who was lovely and I asked her name I believe it was Emily? Honestly I couldn’t have asked for better service she was chatty and friendly but also helped us at the same time and did a beautiful gift wrap with a personalised ribbon. I came in a fluster after being warm and overwhelmed and she helped make me feel comfortable and calm and was a lovely experience. I hope to be served by this young lady again. I did tell her I was going to write a review and she advised a trust pilot one and I asked for her name as said above I think Emily?

I tried the tester for Valentino Born In Roma Donna For Her Eau de Parfum Spray, as I have not used this perfume before. The longevity was amazing, consequently, the next day I went to Fosse Park Store and spent £467 on perfume. I was mortified that when I took a bottle back, as you could hardly smell it, and the longevity didn't compare to the tester, to be told they couldn't exchange it, or give me a refund. I am so very disappointed. For the cost of this perfume £140 a bottle, I expect to be able to still smell it after a couple of hours. In store, they sprayed a bit of my perfume on a test strip which after a couple of minutes you couldn't smell it. They said it's fine nothing wrong! Surely the good name of Valentino would want to keep customers happy? I said if they consider my bottle to be ok use it as a tester. They refused. Very unhelpful.

Wasn’t sure which perfume to purchase, the worker to help was Paige. She was patient and super helpful and helped me pick out “Carolina Herrera- good girl” which smells absolutely beautiful!
