Haven’t had time to get on here because of the Christmas rush, but now finally found some free time and had to come on here and leave a review, the young black lady in this store she was ever so helpful and very patient with me as I was unsure of what I was looking for she’s a real gem.💎

I had bad experience last time I went there ! The Asian lady was rude to me and two Asian guys they wanted to tried ladies parfume! I will never returned back!

I've just left the store in Dalston and was blown away by the exceptional customer service I received from a member of the team called Samiyah. Her knowledge of the perfumes, her passion for the work she undertakes and her desire to help me maximise my budget was truly wonderful and welcomed. The store is very lucky to have her, she made my day!

So I ordered my aftershave online, which supposed to be collected in the perfume shop in Dalston Kingsland. It was a very important gift for someone. However contacted the branch in Dalston. 1st a lady said it's not been delivered as yet I must wait. Then I contact them a few days later. Was told it was collected. Strange as I did not collect it. So now they are investigating my missing item. Was a great customer but will never purchase online from the perfume shop again. Darren
