Great customer service and good recommendations if you don’t know of what to get. Overall is a must visit place if you love fragrances or would love to start getting into fragrances.

Lovely staff!
I went to the Cabot store for a return and a new fragrance. The staff were extremely helpful and helped me find a new perfume to replace my previous fragrance which had been discontinued. They were also really helpful and helped me to return another item. Shout out to Lou, Emily and Kacey for being so great! Highly recommend this store 😁

I just wanted to say a huge thank you to Louise and Clodah at The Perfume Shop in Cabot Circus, Bristol. They were both so lovely and unbelievably helpful during mine and my daughter’s visit.
