Chelsea was absolutely amazing today, every time I asked to try a fragrance she came through and was very helpful. Her knowledge of the products was impeccable and I was served to a very high standard. She is absolutely class and a credit to your team.

Great selection of perfumes

Chelsea was very good to us .We had no plans to buy perfumes but because of her good marketing skills,managed to convince us to buy perfumes for me and my wife ones.

I ordered a perfume for click and collect and it said it would be ready to collect on Saturday. I ordered the perfume on Wednesday kept tracking it no update and then Friday evening when I tracked it it came through and said it wouldn’t be ready until Monday when I did a live chat no one answered and when they did answer it took hours for a reply when I spoke to someone on the phone or they could offer me was 200 points that doesn’t help me with the fact I ordered the perfume and was told it would be there by Saturday. Absolutely disgusting customer services and awful delivery.

Mr Dan was extremely friendly he deliver the best costumer service . Definitely recommend him

I am appalled by the service of the latina women named Ana. She was rude and treated her staff badly. I experienced foul language, and her behaviour was so unprofessional. I have never seen such a rude women.
The two girls, Chloe and Layla were also very unprofessional, i was getting dirty looks and whispers whilst being served by a man.
The organisation of this shop is APPALLING!!! The women in the shop on my visit really made me have a bad experience, the male working was the only credit. I have heard other comments for friends about them having similar experiences.
The manager of this shop should be ashamed, especially of Ana, Chloe and Layla.

Visited this afternoon at Bournemouth shop, Assisted by a lovely staff Anna.She was so helpul and suggested us with some nice amazing perfumes, and ofcourse we bought some nice bunch of perfumes and also received amazing guddies.😍Thank u so much anna. will visit again 🙃

I received such a warm friendly welcome from the team when I arrived at the Bournemouth store. There were no lady million gift sets available on the shop floor so Lewis Hasler went to check the stock room. On his return he was kind enough to remove the items from the box as requested & placed them in a bag. He wished me a good rest of the day. He was friendly, polite & efficient.
