Beautiful design and quality. Delivered on time and communicated well.

I booked pearl dazzle in April for a July date. Our choreo got moved to August and I advised I'd update at that time. No worries. I submitted email originally, sent text, then got sent to whats app which was a terrible experience. No responses after multiple attempts. Got asked again for a description (third time) ..no sketch..nothing since September 7th even though I understood we now had to wait due to delays. We agreed upon end of October for costume finish. Still nothing after repeated attempts via email, text, whats app. I just want a refund on the deposit as I cannot trust this company to actually do the work and follow up. Their costumes are beautiful...I expected a lot more from customer service. Buyer beware on deposits here. They wont respond to my request for refund either. If anyone needs the whats app messages I can send them.

An amazing experience overall. Trust the process. The most amazing costume for my daughter’s first time doing a solo. Seeing her feel so incredibly beautiful and confident is everything.

The costume is stunning and beautifully designed and crafted. We are extremely happy and our little dancer is very excited to wear it!

Costume is WAY too big on my daughter and is completely unusable. Measurements were accurate with no additional space added.

Yes there were a few growing pains this year but they came because of the enormous amount of new customers that wanted one the their beautiful creations! They are so good at bringing costume ideas to life. My dancer will be wearing Pearl Dazzle through the coming years.

I would recommend this company to anyone looking for dance competition costumes! They are very detailed in their workmanship when it comes to fitting, sewing and stone work!
