I was a long time client with the team at Patch using their full suite of offerings (CRM build out, Google Ads Management, SEO Management) and my experience with them progressively got worse and worse over time.

I started with them early on in their development and, like with most marketing agencies, hit some snags along the way with bumpy onboarding and lack of consistent follow through on deliverables.

The reason for the 2 stars vs 1 star is because ~65% of what they were responsible for *was* managed decently well. But the way they have continued to build the business has become less and less about product quality and more and more about them locking clients down to ensure they have high monthly recurring revenue.

My experience was riddled with high turnover of account managers (4 to 5 different employees over the course of a 18-24 months). Lack of willingness to have their team dive in to problems with my account when KPI's had drastically shifted and failure to propose meaningful solutions. Failure to take accountability when being called on not following through on contracted, time-stamped deliverables. And then, a final piece that pushed me to write this review, was how the off boarding was handled.

From the beginning, I was told that "whatever we build out for you during your time with us is yours to keep". Towards then end of my tenure, an addendum to the contract was added stating that I would lose access to their 'proprietary landing pages' for any paid advertising they do. Not the end of the world, but also contrary to the messaging given at the start of their service.

During the off boarding, we obviously lost access to those pages. But what was NOT disclosed is that all of the routing for our ad account was routed to a dead URL resulting in the ad still pulling ad spend but the links that people would click on would go to a dead URL. I spent a large chunk of ad budget before noticing that our leads and conversions had tanked. After some digging, I had to discover that they had essentially left my ad account dead in the water. Still pulling ad budget because people would see the advertising, but when they would click on the ad it would go nowhere. Not even the home page of my website.

This was the instance that pushed me over the edge to write this out. I think the owners initially had a solid product. I sadly experienced a progressive degradation in quality over time. Unless things have notably changed, I don't think I would recommend them to people moving forward (despite doing so many times early on in my tenure with them).

Patch has bee great. I'm a new and solo practice at the moment. Since starting with Patch I've seen consistent growth. They have been helpful for my SEO growth and various marketing campaigns. Customer service is also. They are responsive and easy to contact. It's been a very good experience that I've recently continued to work with them. I highly recommend.

We hired this company to help implement HubSpot, but the system delivered was not ultimately usable for our business. While expectations were discussed early on, key dependencies and limitations became clear only after work was well underway, which significantly stalled progress.

Much of the setup felt misaligned with how our organization operates, and although we were repeatedly told issues could be resolved, there was little strategic guidance on how the system was actually meant to function for us. Rather than pausing or resetting the project when these gaps became apparent, work continued with unresolved issues.

Communication also became inconsistent over time, and it was often unclear who owned next steps. By the end of the contract, we were advised that the project should have been paused earlier—something that would have saved considerable time and frustration if acknowledged sooner.

To their credit, they refunded our website deposit without issue, which we appreciated. However, given the overall experience, we would not use them again and hope this review helps others ask clearer questions before committing.

Extremely helpful team, responsive and invested in your success. You get what you put in. It has been extremely valuable to the growth of my business.

Jeremy and his team are fantastic at what they do and they continue to get better. I love having the contact person who is dedicated to my account and quick to answer questions or offer assistance quickly. I just wish the lead generation happened faster and were consistently high quality.

Patch has helped take my business to the next level. I have tried other marketing groups, have not seen the results and level of service that Patch has provided. I felt stuck in my business and my biggest challenge has always been the marketing. My only regret is that I didn't find them sooner!
