Ok, they are a few quid more expensive, but, they do have some pros, and the comms were great. Even when I had made a mistake, they were quick to notify me, and fix the issue.

SCAMMERS, MY DAUGHTER BOOKED HER THEORY TEST VIA THEORY BOOKINGS AND THEY CHARGED HER DOUBLE WHAT THE GOVERNMENT CHARGE - £46 INSTEAD OF £23 AND THEN HER CONFIRMATION BOOKING EMAIL KEPT SAYING EXPIRED AND THERE WAS NO WAY OF MAKING CONTACT WITH THEM - AVOID!!!

Unfulfilled order that I have paid for…

I ordered the pack of books (DVSA theory test book, colouring book, AA Highway Code & L plates package) for £18. When they were delivered, the main DVSA theory book was not in the package. I have contacted the company 4 times through their website but it is now one month later and I have still not received the book that I have paid for. DON’T BUY FROM THEM!

Fun theory test.

Well put together, and easy to practice as well as fun and enjoyable. The more times a person goes though the test the more confidence they get.

Good experience

Helpful with date and time booking updates and the practice questions on the website are also insightful into how the exam will look.

Hello, that is completely untrue. We clearly put this on every page:

'Theory Bookings is not associated to the DVSA/DVLA. We offer additional services on top of your theory test booking such as our theory learning hub, our theory test cancellation checker and our management service (see our pricing page for a full list of benefits). Tests can be booked cheaper on the gov site without these extra services for £23. If you do not need any of these services or a test management service, then we recommend booking directly with the official site here.'

If anyone has made a mistake and not bought what they intended then they can of course email us and we'll provide a full refund. In your case, I note that you never replied to us on the 23rd of December for details about a refund. If you can please contact us, we'll get the refund sorted for you.
