You are correct, we do NOT have any affiliation with the DVLA. We just provide additional services (such as finding theory test cancellations and our theory learning hub)
We clearly put this on every page of our website:
'Theory Bookings is not associated to the DVSA/DVLA. We offer additional services on top of your theory test booking such as our theory learning hub, our theory test cancellation checker and our management service (see our pricing page for a full list of benefits). Tests can be booked cheaper on the gov site without these extra services for £23. If you do not need any of these services or a test management service, then we recommend booking directly with the official site here.'
Anyone who has bought our service and does not wish to use it, can receive a full refund which is usually processed within 24 hours.

5 days and still waiting on a theory test, no response to emails. Shocking customer services waste of money

I'm sorry we were not as quick as you expected in us securing the date you required. We're sorry about that. You requested a refund on 10th July and I can confirm a full refund was issued on the 11th.

Good but communications sometimes took a while
The website suggested that email confirmation of booking would be received usually within 24 hours. My experience was that at least 48 hours was more realistic but they were very responsive to email communication. It took a week but we have now got a booking at a time that works for us.

I don't believe that to be possible. We have no affiliation to the gov.uk site. We do link from our website on every page to the .gov site however for those just wanting a theory test booking and not our extra services? Perhaps that is what you found?

Great customer service experience!
The customer experience was great. I wanted my test at a different centre to the one normally used and they were so accommodating and patient to met my requirements. Responses to my emails were very swift too. Thank you!

Such an Amazing App for UK Driving Test
