Theory Recenzje

I misread this website while booking and paid more for my theory test than I realised through using this website. However, even though I did not use their resources, they were willing to refund me £23 in order for me to retake my theory test. However, this still means I paid over £23 for my first test which is quite a lot more than booking through the government website.

This service is absolutely amazing! The way they explain everything is clear and easy to follow, which makes learning so much better. The pass guarantee is such a smart and convenient feature it gives me total peace of mind. Honestly, it’s one of the best experiences I’ve had, and I highly recommend it to anyone!

Great experience overall.
All the resources were provided to help me study for my theory test with a mixture of questions and information.

Was really helpful with my query and will definitely use this service again

Excellent company and good software to practice.
Excellent availability and location for test.

Very helpful staff

Great and easy

Brilliant service would highly recommend using this service to anyone. Really helpful and fast with reply’s 😝 thanks again team 💙

I failed my test and reached out to the company. I was encouraged, reassured and helped to book for another. I was assisted with every necessary materiał to help me pass with. Their quick response and clarity to every questions asked is exceptional. There is always someone on ground with a listen ear to talk through whatever challenge you're facing. They are good trusted and reliable. I recommend 100% to anyone to come enjoy what I have enjoyed. I can't enjoy this good favour and keep quite.

Hi the information for the test is extremely useful and the customer care is very good,

Paid for a theory test for my daughter. She was advised by email to create an account online. On the order page, the status was 'Order xxxx was placed on July 31, 2025 and is currently completed', which we assumed meant we had booked an actual test. We turned up at the test centre and guess what, it was closed. I realise now we were probably scammed. I am planning on taking this up with Trading Standards and The Telegraph Consumer Champion, Katie Morley, if we do not receive an immediate refund.

Excellent experience from start to finish, great help and support to get you where you want to be, everything is very simple to use and very easy to navigate through. Highly recommend

I had not read correctly when booking my test that the date was preferred and therefore not confirmed. I need to reschedule my test and recognised that I am unable to on the official website. From emailing customer service they have now offered to reschedule the test date for me within the initial cost and I am awaiting confirmation of the new date. I will write a further review to confirm this was actioned. But this is customer service that goes beyond what is included in their terms from Sally!

Had a great experience, very straight forward for booking and were very helpful with any questions I had.

Great service and they are quick to find you a slot would recommend.

Very good experience, easy booking. Explained everything. Would highly recommend

Great service start to finish highly recommend 👍👍

Excellent service,

Making an account was so easy. Their practice theory tests were very helpful especially when it is your first time attempting to take the theory test. Also, their customer service team gets back very timely.

Good customer service, swift response and easily accessible materials.
