***BUYERS BEWARE***
On 2/15/2026, I ordered the Winter Ankle Boots and Winter Comfort Men's with both products delivered on 3/11/2026. Because both of the pairs of boots were not as advertised, too narrow, the wrong size, extremely poorly made, inferior quality, and unstable (poor ankle support) I immediately sent an email to their Customer Service. While their response was prompt, their quality of service/attention to details was atrocious. In a series of more than seven emails and responses, the customer service staff repeatedly asked the same questions, avoided discussions of a refund, and to top it off, attempted to offer an additional 15 percent off with their "special deal" stating that I can keep the boots if I accepted the additional 15 percent discount. I responded I had no desire to keep the defective boots; I simply wanted a full refund. Customer service then responded the allowed time frame (30 days) for a refund had elapsed. I pointed out that even with their delay tactics, I was still, well within the advertised refund policy. The customer service representative then changed repeatedly to other individuals asking questions that I addressed multiple times to them in earlier emails. In the end, I informed the OrthoFit customer service that I would report them to the Better Business Bureau (which I did), at which time, they finally sent me instructions on where to return the products. OrthoFit does not have a warehouse in the U.S. and I was forced to mail the products to Zhejiang, China, moreover, I was responsible for the postal costs ($83.64). Ultimately, when I do get a refund, I am still losing money due to the shipping charges to China; however, their sheer flawed principle, attitude of their customer service, blatant false advertising, etc., I proceeded to move forward. **IF IN DOUBT, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU CONSIDER WHAT TO EXPECT.**

I thought I was dealing with orthofeet and didn't realize it was a completely different company. Took over a month to get my shoes. When they got here they were way too small and completely different than what they looked like when I ordered them. They came from China and will cost as much to return as a cost to buy. If I can help one person with this review please do not buy from this company. Make sure you're at OrthoFeet and not ortho fit

Ordered shoes from orthofitstore.com and shoes were too
tight and uncomfortable. Tried the shoes in the house and
wanted to return the shoes. I am having the hardest time
returning the shoes. They wanted me to take a pictures of
the shoes and original packaging. I sent them the pictures
and all I got is that we will give you 20% discount for the
next time or just get 20% money back. This is not what the
website said. All I want is my money back and return the
shoes. They can't even guarantee. Horrible experience.

Do not buy! Dishonest website
Do not buy! They advertise false reviews on their website - I posted both a 1 star review and 2 star review of two different shoes but neither display on their site. They display high "TrustPilot" ratings directly on their website. They also promise quality product and relief from the foot problems I have - but wearing them made my feet hurt worse. They do not properly size their merchandise so they encourage "sizing up" - which still did not help because longer doesn't mean a better fit; they are very narrow. They sell the same thing under different brands/websites by advertising on facebook. Finally, they do not guarantee their product. If you want to return (and I've read of people who tried but had problems with that) you can't even wear them to find out if they are good shoes. You have to send them back just as you received them and at your own expense. When they get them back, I assume they can just say, "no". So it's good money after bad.
There should be consequences that they use false information to sell poor quality shoes to people who need RELIEF.
A complete rip off
A complete rip off. They charge $60 for the shoes which they say are orthopedic which you can get on Amazon for $30. They come in a plastic bag cheap as hell too. The smell is horrific. The shoes are shipped from Illinois but when you try to return them you have to fill out a form and then ship it to them to China with a tracking number. The shipping to China is $30 with a tracking number, which is required, it $66. What a rip off. Let me return something that is complete garbage for more money than I paid for. This company should not be allowed to exist.

I ordered a pair of shoes for $59.95 and received them today and they are a complete waste of money. Cheap plastic soles, no support.and horrible material. I made a mistake and thought I was ordering from Orthofeet. I tried sending them a message online and it would nt let me put my info in then I called a number given and it was another scam to get $5.00 more. Do not buy from this company from China. Itwas very misleading as a US address was also used.I guess I'll donate. Shameful they dont care and can get away with this. I will be more careful next time. Lesson learned. I hope they enjoy their ill gotten gains.

This company is a total scam!! They have numerous complaints on Better Business Bureau and their products are fake!! I bought what was advertised as orthopedic shoes and what arrived was a plastic soles shoe with no orthopedic insoles. Wasn't told they'd be coming from China and the site says hassel free returns!! Lies, you don't get a refund and You are responsible for paying and sending them back to China!!!
The shoes are absolute crap
The shoes are absolute crap, made out o f cheap materials. Return policy is a joke because you have to return them at your expense to China costing more than the shoes themselves. Stay away spend the money and shop at your local store.
Extra hassle “return policy”
The item I bought was not what was advertised. I was trying the pillow with extra neck support. The pillow was uncomfortable and instead of having a difference in height between the neck roll and pillow, the pillow just had uncomfortable and awkward stitching.
When I asked for a return I was told I could only ship the item back to China and it had to arrive back within 30 days to qualify. I was offered 15% back on an almost $100 pillow to “not go through the hassle of a return”. The return did state that I was responsible for paying the return, but it did not specify that you were not allowed to ship it to a domestic distribution site or that there was only one international address available that required the item to arrive within 30 days instead of just being postmarked within 30 days.
I wish I had checked the business more thoroughly before buying. Do not give them your business. There are better items elsewhere with transparent return policies and less predatory practices.

I would give them a minus 5 if available. Awful place to do business, customer service sucks. An extra pair of shoes was added on and when I try to cancel the order - there is no way to do so online. I emailed and they said "sorry already sent". Within 10 min - you already sent my order. Nonsense or a lie. Refused to cancel the order or refund my money. I don't expect the shoes to ever arrive as they are being shipped from CHINA. BUYER BEWARE - DON'T BUY FROM THESE FOLKS.... LESSON LEARNED - ONE OF THE REASONS I RARELY SHOP ONLINE.
I would NEVER CONSIDER ORDERING ANYTHING AGAIN AT ORTHOFIT
The shoes that I ordered never arrived. What did arrive 7 MONTHS after they were expected was a size 8 - 8.5 shoe. I had ordered a size #7. When I called to arrange a return, Orthofit informed me that I WOULD BE RESPONSIBLE for postage, irregardless that they were the one's responsible for the delays and error. I hung-up the phone, called my credit card company and had them reverse the charges. I gave the shoes away to someone who wears a size 8-8.5. When the company called me to complain and demand that I return the shoes, I told them the multiple errors were of their own making, that I no longer had access to the shoes, and I hung up the phone. For what it's worth, the person who I gave the shoes to says they are indeed very comfortable. However, Orthofit's Business practices are completely unacceptable. I would never order from them again, and I would dissuade others from buying because of their unacceptable business practices.
Buyer Beware - have to return to China at your own cost
I received shoes in a bag with no tag after a couple of weeks time. They looked nice, but they are too narrow for me, a bit small, and too hard to put them on. There is almost no arch support or cushioning inside the shoe. The bottom is shiny and seems slippery - not like a typical shoe sole. If you need to return or exchange, it is at your expense to send to China. Also, they want to see all the packaging and tags on them (mine had no tag when I got it). They state that you must NOT have tried them on as this is unsanitary so they can't take them back once they've been tried on. Looks like it would be $30 cost to return, and they may not accept the return so why bother returning them, so I think I'm just throwing/giving them away. I want others to be aware so they don't make the same mistake I did.

Company needs to add US tracking and delivery info
1/28/2025 update - The shoes finally arrived today and were as pictured and described. I canceled the dispute claim with American Express and upgraded the 1 star rating to 3. It would be helpful if the company provided more information with tracking, especially the location of the delivery. We live in Washington state and the shoes appear to have been delivered to Texas. However, when I tried to get info from the company on the delivery, the only info I received was that they had been delivered and to contact the USPS if I hadn't received them. Having never received a USPS tracking number, I was not able to do that.

Ortho Fit not the trusted name you think it is
First of all, I saw this online and the shoes looked great. I ordered one pair since I have difficult feet size 8. As I was getting ready to pay, it came up $10.00 off and I thought wow, it's reducing my shoe order $59.99 to $49.00 but I was so wrong. The order went through and as I looked at the paypal receipt they had charged me for two pair of shoes and they sent a size 5??? So I immediately sent a message to them and a Tyler answered the email saying we don't sent a refund until your shipment is delivered nor did he even tell me anything about their refund policy. Finally, I received them and they said that I was responsible for all shipping return costs. Which turned out to be $32.00 so you my refund really is only $17.00 but I returned them because of the principle and they don't care. I didn't realize it was from China because it didn't say that and the person who sent the shoes was from Los Angeles. Go figure so if you see Ortho Fit don't buy them unless you know with a 100% accuracy you won't be returning them. What a waste and awful customer service! Victoria Smith

Scam, China company and won't give a refund. It was my mistake for not "reading" between the lines. They give a lame excuse for not refunding, offering $8 and "good faith" $10 credit to their store.
They probably don't care about negative reviews and continue to scam folks who get sucked in, order and then have any issues with their shoes. Better find a friend who can use the shoes as you won't get any $$ back.

This store is a total scam. They are using the name Ortho to make your think they are OrthoFeet shoes but they are a very poor substitute for the real thing. Also their return policy is non existent. They will only refund you 5% of the purchase price. These are made in China.
