Scam alert!!
I am providing this feedback to highlight significant structural and professional issues encountered during this contract. My experience was marred by unrealistic expectations and a lack of professional leadership from the management team, specifically Cinesta and Henry.
Incoherent Operational Constraints: The management required a "robotic" adherence to a script that was fundamentally flawed and illogical. Being forced to ask established business owners if they are "accepting new clients" was frequently met with derision from the customers, as it is a redundant and unprofessional question. This damaged my credibility and made effective communication impossible.
Professional Misconduct (Cinesta): The management style exhibited by Cinesta was consistently rude and dismissive. Her approach felt more like a "slavery attitude" than a professional collaboration, treating freelancers as subordinates to be owned rather than skilled partners. This created a hostile and toxic work environment.
Inadequate Quality Assurance (Henry): The Quality Assurance lead, Henry, demonstrated a significant lack of English proficiency, which is unacceptable for a role centered on auditing high-level communication. It is highly concerning that someone in such a sensitive QA position is unable to fully comprehend the nuances of the calls they are evaluating, leading to inaccurate performance assessments.
Conclusion:
I strongly advise other freelancers to exercise caution. The combination of a dysfunctional script, an overbearing and disrespectful management style from Cinesta, and the technical inadequacy of the QA lead, Henry, makes it impossible to maintain professional standards or achieve success with this organization.

They said if I decided not to move foward with the idea of a program/website I would still be able to keep the website. I was not seeing any invoice for purchase so I requested it several times and still they did not produce it. At that point I felt like I was being scammed and backed out. I requested cancellation. They were very persistent in trying to keep me tied to the monthly payment and even lowered the charge just so I would stay with them. As I said though, I requested a business invoice not just once but many times and they would not produce it. I had explained to them my grandson is creating a web page for me and that I would not be willing to pay any more monies for the web site they created for me. I felt it was very plain compared to the site my grandson created for me and just not worth it.
I just happen to be trying to look up the website they created for me and it no longer exists. Scam!!!

This company is a SCAM, they lie about your Google Listing and try to manipulate you into giving them control of your listing.

When you ask them to stop calling, they laugh at you and tell you they will keep calling.

This company does not sell cars, they are an SEO marketing company.

Every good review here was bought and paid for and does not reflect the actual business.

Do a quick google search before doing business with this company

They were hired by our law firm to build our website. When our clients went to the site, they were warned it was a fishing site and OMC could not correct it. We attempted to cancel our account, and the OMC group agreed to decrease our costs. Shortly afterwards, they actually increased the amount they were billing us without our consent.

They refused to answer calls or text messages and would not give us any information to move our site to someone who was qualified to run it. Zero stars.

I had such a positive experience buying my car from OMC! The team was super friendly and helpful from start to finish. They really listened to what I was looking for and showed me some great options on the Kuga PHEV I wanted.

Pretty big bang for your buck that is for sure. Most companies charge about 10x what they do for the exact same service and some of them don't even offer all the stuff OMC does. This company is awesome for anyone who is trying to grow their business and doesn't want to lose their shirt in the process. I love it when people say they found me on Google now and I owe it to the OMC Group.

We had a large work order of ranking 10 websites for some competitive search terms, and the OMC Group delivered. The majority of our target keywords have high rankings and profitability has never been this great. The professionalism and attention to detail are impressive.

I told the company I already had SEO, they promised it was a different service and made me a plethora of guarantees. In short, I paid a lot and got nothing in return. They claimed an official affiliation with Google which they do not have and charged me for real time receptionist which I never used and I could not lose the company and they kept calling. Different people and multiple times a day. Scammers.

I thoroughly enjoyed the initial setup of my account with The OMC Group. They were informative, helpful and honest. Our website is now one of the more popular in our market, which is exactly why I hired them. The value for money is through the roof with the amount of work completed.

OMC Group is a fraudulent group. I am a small business in Kentucky. I received a random phone call stating that the caller was from google quality control and they wanted to verify the information on my google page. The number I received the call from was: 562 384 1029. The caller was either Mike Benings or an agent of Mike Benings. He is not associated with google. I have contacted google to verify.

The call started off with the caller asking me questions were consistent with the information off of my google page: Name, location, and phone number. Then the caller attempted to ask me to verify information that was not displayed on my google page. The information seemed benign, but I immediately became suspicious. I asked again who the caller was, he insisted he was an affiliate of google. Then I told the caller that the information as displayed on my google page is correct and no further verification is needed. The caller became more aggressive insisting that I answer his questions in the manner and order he was asking them. I hung up.

I called back and discovered that the group is called OMC group. I emailed google with the above information. I was informed that they are NOT an affiliate of google. They ARE however, full of it.

The OMC group contacted me and sold me on their service. After one month, they still have not set up my website nor have they made any of the changes to my google listing they claimed would bring my customers to my business. I called to cancel and they continue to charge me!!. I have had to cancel my credit card to prevent additional payments to this fraudulent company.

I was contacted over a year ago by phone by The OMC Group, and they put on a good presentation on my computer about designing a website for my law practice and getting me a listing near the top with Google in my areas of practice. I paid them approx. $2,700 up front. They assigned an account rep. to my account whose English language skills were poor, she was hard to understand, and worse yet was how it manifested itself in the unsophisticated website that she designed. Her English language skills simply were not up to the task of designing a polished website for a law firm. It was hopeless. I figured that it was a lesson learned. In the 2-3 months leading up to the one year anniversary with them I was contacted twice by their agents. I told them that I was dissatisfied with their services and product and did not want to do any further business with them once the one year was up, and that they were not to put any charges on my credit card after the one year that I had already paid for. They said that they were sorry that I was not satisfied, and that there would be no further charges at the end of the year. I thought the matter was taken care of. Then on 12/02/2019 The OMC Group put a $225 charge on my card. I called them to dispute the charge. Their representative claimed to have no record of my prior contact with their agents, and tried to justify the charge and refused to reverse it, said he'd look into it. I believe that it was fraudulently charged, and that The OMC Group had no legal right or authorization to put that charge on my card. If they do this to everyone who wants to quit their services it could amount to millions of dollars in fraudulent charges. I am disputing the charge with my credit card company and have had to put a freeze on my card. The service was terrible and The OMC Group is unethical. This is the most disappointing experience that I've had with a business in years. My recommendation is that you DO NOT do any business with The OMC Group.
