I had ordered a hard to find supplement from Oasis of Health. I sent them an email with my order info when it hadn't come. They replied to my email that they were waiting on a shipment and thanked me for my patience! 5 days later they refunded my CC. So, that was good! Hence my positive review for Oasis of Health.

Clearly, I wish I would have checked for reviews on this site before wasting my time. I would give them a zero if I could.
I placed an order on January 7th. On January 22 the order was still unfulfilled. The email I received after the order was placed, that I would receive an updated email once the order was ready to ship. I didn't receive another email or tracking information however my credit card had been charged the full amount.
I reported the charges to my credit card company.
I sent an email to the company and received this response back the following day....
We have permanantly disabled your account for filing a chargeback the same day you inquired about your order. We only transact with individuals capable of reporting issues and allowing reasonable time for a response, like sane adults. Screaming fraud before even speaking to us is neither ethical no rational. You are no longer welcome.

I orderd a product on Nov. 7th, paid for it and have not yet received it! I have called leaving a message and have sent 3 emails with no response from the company. It is now Nov. 29th and still no product or response! I have requested a refund with none given.

This company is a total scam! I ordered from them two times (9/15 and 9/23) and have still not received the products. They have it set up to make you think that the products have been sent to the USPS depot. When you click on the fake USPS tracking number, it just says that the USPS is waiting for approval. I have since reported this company to the BBB.

Just like everyone else they are a scam, I’m pretty sure I’ll never get the supplements. I wish I would have done my due diligence and researched them. They take your money and then you never hear from them again. Don’t waste your time. I wish I could give them a zero. Ordered middle of August it is the middle of September, nothing…

I ordered a supplement Aug 2 and it is now Sept 13 and I still don't have it. I've been back and forth via email and they have a lot of excuses. They took just shy of $60 from me and I have nothing to show for it. I wish I could give negative stars

I ordered an "in stock" product that I did not recieve. The charge hit my account quickly. It was "in stock" when I ordered, then "expected to be received" within a certain time, then not yet received. I doubt it was coming at all. Quite the business model - take orders, take payment, have use of funds until customer says "enough". Are 100% of customers organized enough to get a refund? I will never order from here again.

Same as others. Ordered, threatened to dispute charge, they said they shipped. Took 6 weeks to arrive, was shipped from a different company

Ordered a supplement and it never shipped after a month of waiting. Contacted credit card company after reading other people’s reviews to dispute charge. The seller emailed me an unprofessional email because I did not contact them first before disputing the charge and told me they would wait to the last day possible to respond to my credit card company. After they responded to my credit card company, they lied and said the item had shipped prompting my credit card company to make me responsible for the charge once more. I emailed the seller back for clarification because I was never sent an update regarding the item being shipped as their website claims. The seller told me via email the item was back ordered. I responded and pointed out they had told my credit card company the item was shipped and now stating it was on back order, which was it? The seller stopped communicating and I took the documentation to my credit card company for them to re-open the claim since the seller had lied. The charge was reversed and the seller is clearly scamming the system. The order shows as pending at a USPS center, ironically, which clearly is not accurate. Don’t know waste your time or have your money tied up by this sketchy website.

Fake site! Will take your money and not respond. Wish I looked into them beforehand and saw these reviews!
They will update shipping status to a point they can and then you won’t hear from them again. After several attempts I ended up having to dispute with credit card company.

Just like the other reviews, the 'Track Shipment' leads you to believe the order is in transit...but it's not. I tried to email and call. No response. Texting was a waste of time as they said it was in the warehouse. After almost a month, I had to contact my credit card company and they reversed the charge. With that, they cancelled the order. No apologies or attempts to make up for the delay.

Criminals!
They take your money, never send any emails, don't answer the phone, or emails, only respond to online messages when threatened, never send the products, and just string you along. "Operate" from a private home, by the way. They must just use your money to make quick investments or gather interest while you are waiting for the shipment, and then for your bank to research the dispute and refund your money. Despicable.

I ordered an item from The Oasis of Health because the website showed "Availability: In Stock". It wasn’t in stock, and they don’t actually stock most items! They charge your credit card immediately, and then order from the manufacturer - but in this case there was no stock to be had. After 3 weeks with no change in status, I emailed and called asking for a refund. They did not respond to the call or the email. Now it’s up to my credit card company to get me a refund.
