If I could give less than one star I would. I ordered their molle seat covers which were shown as these high quality, full of pockets and velcro. Took two months to get them and they looked like something even Temu would reject. Wrong color, poor stitching, no velcro, nothing like the picture. I requested a refund or the correct product, they have on their site a 30 day return money back guarantee which they send you a mail back label. These clowns offered me only two options- $20 return and I keep the scrappy covers or I mail them back at my cost "for a review" if i get a refund. I refused and reminded them of their return policy. They stopped responding completly and just kept my money. TOTAL FRAUD COMPANY.

Product did not arrive, no answer to my emails with regards to refund was able to track product for a few days then claims tracking number no longer exists.

Product order in Aug for a Sept wedding now Oct 15th and still not here.

Jeg vil på det kraftigste advare alle mod at handle på thenuvaro.com. Dette firma opererer med bevidst bedrag. På deres hjemmeside viser de professionelle billeder af produkter i god kvalitet, men virkeligheden er en helt anden.
Jeg har modtaget noget billigt, værdiløst lort, som overhovedet ikke svarer til det produkt, jeg bestilte og betalte for. Der er tale om en klassisk dropshipping-fælde, hvor man bliver lokket til at betale overpris for noget, der reelt er affald.
Deres retursystem er designet til at gøre det umuligt at få pengene tilbage, og de gemmer sig bag en mur af tavshed eller automatiske svar. Hold jer langt væk fra denne side – det er rent tyveri ved højlys dag. Jeg går nu direkte til min bank for at starte en chargeback-sag (indsigelse) for at få mine penge igen, og sagen bliver meldt for bedrag.

I strongly warn everyone against shopping at thenuvaro.com. This company operates with deliberate deception. On their website, they display professional photos of high-quality products, but the reality is completely different.
I received cheap, worthless trash that in no way matches the product I ordered and paid for. This is a classic dropshipping trap where customers are lured into paying premium prices for what is essentially garbage.
Their return system is intentionally designed to make it impossible to get a refund, and they hide behind a wall of silence or automated responses. Stay far away from this website – it is pure robbery in broad daylight. I am now going directly to my bank to initiate a chargeback to get my money back, and this matter will be reported as fraud.

Never delivered product. Took my money tho. They are good with answering emails and putting customer off..saying ...there was a delay....it will be there soon. Asked for a refund and you hear cri

When you order something you really want and they send you the garbage they don't want on their shelves this company needs to refund everyone who ordered from them and go away

Refused outright to send correct item

If I could give it a zero I would. Took several emails to get a reply. Credit card refunded me. The cute croc key chain is absolutely the worst crap. It was novwhere near what they advertised. The number for the company gets you to a machine with no company information. You never get anyone.
