I went to have my semi permanent brows…
I went to have my semi permanent brows removed. Both Carly and the lady in reception were very friendly and informative. I was made to feel very relaxed and would definitely recommend visiting. Although I could have parked in St. Andrews car park which is very close, I chose to park on the TK Max carpark and have a little walk. There is currently 3 hours free parking there, if like me you don’t like spending money on car parks 😊

Eyebrow tattoo laser removal consultation and patch test
Today I had a eyebrow tattoo laser removal consultation and patch test at Norwich Face and body clinic. I was made to feel very welcome and was put at ease straight away. The girls were friendly and professional. Everything was explained carefully. There was no discomfort with the patch test and any redness had gone by the time I got home. I can’t wait for the full treatment! I left plenty of time to get to the clinic (which was advised when booking) and the car park was literally 5 minutes away so no problem finding it. I would definitely recommend 😊

Lovely relaxed place, great friendly staff. After an initial thorough consultation with Rebecca, a very professional, understanding, caring lady, who took the time to explain everything to me, I’m a 57yr old lady with sun/sun bed damaged skin and decreasing collagen. I had a course of RF microneedling and stem cell facial treatment and after nearly 12 weeks, my face looks so much better! My skin
looks thicker and the lines decreased somewhat! I’m extremely pleased and would definitely recommend!!

I have attended the clinic several times now for laser hair removal and I couldn’t recommend them enough! I am quite self-conscious but felt immediately at ease and trust there is no judgement whatsoever; the team are truly lovely! I received all information and helpful tips up front so I knew what to expect and knew I was in good hands. The service they provide is exceptional and I will continue to use them for any future treatments!

A complete loss
I completely understand that companies have other clients. Yet, it is hard enough to decide to have a procedure, take off work, and lose money. It is wrong to not inform clients that there is no parking on the premises nor in the vicinity. It is wrong to not inform customers that the facility is difficult to get to as a whole. Then this business takes all your money if you can't find them literally. Unprofessional. I would never recommend to the countless people who could possibly use their services.

That said, we were very disappointed to receive a one-star rating, especially as our team made every effort to accommodate your appointment today. We do fully appreciate that parking in the city centre can be difficult, which is why this information is made clear at the time of booking to allow clients to plan in advance. As there is no on-site parking, we advise using the closest option – St Andrews Car Park – just a five-minute walk from the clinic. In our six years at this location, we’ve found this has worked well for the vast majority of clients.
We understand that a lot of information is sent out before an appointment, but for everyone’s safety and a smooth experience, we do have to assume this information has been read — including details about parking and how to prepare for your visit.
While we know delays can happen, based on your calls to us, you would have arrived around 50 minutes into your 70-minute appointment. Both our receptionist and specialist were willing to work through their lunch to accommodate you, but unfortunately, even with these efforts, we simply wouldn’t have had enough time to deliver your treatment safely or effectively.
We truly value all our clients and always strive to offer the highest standard of care. We’re sorry we couldn’t proceed on this occasion, but your safety and treatment quality must always come first.

Rebecca is truly remarkable
Not only was Rebecca extremely kind and gracious, she actually recommended that I opt for a treatment she and the clinic don't offer -- in other words, she would rather her clients get the results they are after than 'sell' them something they might not be happy with. I was really impressed, and can only say that I would certainly recommend the clinic to others.
Seven months later: I must now add that she never did get in touch with me, as she had promised to do, to tell me where I could get the treatment she recommended!

Fantastic Experience and Results! Highly Recommend!
I’ve been a regular client at NFBC for about a year now, receiving various treatments such as skin tag removal, laser hair removal, and most recently microneedling, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. I initially reached out to Lauren on WhatsApp and was really pleased when she replied instantly and provided me a straightforward quote for skin tag removal. I found it quite difficult to get this information from other clinics, so I really appreciated the ease and efficiency here. It was great to have the option to text to enquire, which is really helpful when you have a busy schedule and don't have time to call around!
The environment at NFBC is always welcoming and professional, and the staff truly go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. I first came in for skin tag removal, and Nurse Rebecca took the time to listen to my concerns and carefully targeted the areas I was most worried about. The healing process was quick, and I was thrilled to see no scarring or marks afterward.
Most recently, I had microneedling with Nurse Rebecca, and it was such a painless and surprisingly relaxing experience. Rebecca is incredibly knowledgeable, and her passion for skin and overall health really shines through in the way she shares her expertise. Even though it’s only been a day since the treatment, I can already see improvements in my skin!
Carly has been my go-to for laser hair removal, and she is amazing—professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Thanks to her, I’ve had great results with every session.
The ladies at NFBC are fabulous—not only are they experts in their field, but they’re also down to earth and just lovely people to be around. I was initially reluctant to reach out for help with my skin, but I’m so glad I did! The care and results have been beyond my expectations, and I’ll definitely be back to use the clinic as part of my regular skincare maintenance. In my view, the level of professionalism and quality of NFBC is on par with the high standards you receive from skin clinics in the Middle East, where exceptional care is the norm. Amazing Clinic!
I had been struggling with my skin for sometime, buying products that were making no difference or making things worse, so I decided to book a skin consultation with Nurse Rebecca. I had such an amazing experience, she made me feel so comfortable and at ease throughout and really took her time to understand to my concerns. Rebecca shared her knowledge and experience and recommended a beginner skincare kit, which I have been using and my skin has never looked better!!
I also booked in for my first Prescription Resurfacing Facial, again with Rebecca, and it was the best decision I've ever made! Outstanding treatment from start to finish. Rebecca checked in with me throughout to make sure I felt comfortable and safe, explaining the products and their benefits as we went.
The whole team here are so friendly and welcoming, but particularly Nurse Rebecca! If you're thinking about booking, I would definitely encourage you to. I'm looking forward to my next facial!
