I loved my experience here

I loved my experience here! I feel like all of my troubles were resolved and i was put at ease through every step

Nuha especially helped the process go smoothly as I felt her bubbly personality was an aid in receiving my sons diagnosis and she helped answer any questions online whether this was over a phone call or in real life

Overall i appreciate the whole team for all the help and guidance ive received and my son has gotten

I recently visited for an ADHD…

I recently visited for an ADHD assessment, i was really impressed by the standards and care provided by the neuro medical group. From the moment I spoke to someone on the phone and wanted to book an appointment i felt at ease and like my problems were heard and listened to.

Going into the actual assessment I believe everything was done to a high standard and efficiently and we were informed of any steps taken or updates throughout the process. i’d definitely recommend to anyone struggling or feels like their loved one is in need of an assessment. This place is definitely your best option!

superb care, communication and aftercare.

We were booked in straight away for screening for ADHD, feedback provided and diagnosis and report in place. Thank you for your superb care, communication and aftercare. The counselling my daughter is having is helping her through her emotions and issues relating to ADHD.

I cannot rate the Neuro Medical Group…

I cannot rate the Neuro Medical Group highly enough. I initially contacted the group for help for a family member in dire need of support and a diagnosis. From start to finish the service and support we received exceeded my expectations - they truly care. Even the receptionist on our initial call did everything she could to get us an urgent appointment. We were then introduced to Nuha who has completely changed both of our lives. The truest and most empathetic but knowledgeable person we could have hoped for.

If you are looking for any kind of help, support and a genuine understanding without a fear of being judged this really is the place for you.

I feel safe, heard, and understood in a way I hadn’t experienced before. I have been shown real compassion and patience, helping me work through difficult thoughts and emotions at my own pace. I have grown in confidence, understand myself more deeply, and feel like I am ‘finding myself.’

I’m incredibly grateful for the group’s support and would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone who needs the understanding, kindness, and professional guidance they have shown to me / us.
