The Natural Posture Recenzje

I ordered a wrong size but after contacting your rep, Dayana, she resolved my query very quickly and professionally.
My order was replaced at no extra cost to me. Due to her empathy, I had to order another product to show my goodwill towards your company.
Your products are top notch. I'll recommend them for anyone.
Thanks for the wonderful experience.

I recently ordered one of your Shapewear shirts to try it out. Earlier this year I had an emergency surgery that left me with an ostomy device. I was desirous to find a compression shirt that was both comfortable and affordable. Your product has provided the light pressure against the stoma that I was looking for as well as a little concealment under my shirt. It has exceeded my expectations. I have submitted my order for 5 additional shirts. THANK YOU

The products received are fulfilling their usefulness. I did have a few questions about their usage, but customer service responded quickly to my concerns. The pricing seems reasonable.

After trying 3 posture correctors from other companies that did not work well, I bought one from thenaturalposture.com that has helped relieve the pain and promote healing from a rotator cuff tear and clavicle fracture. The product is very comfortable, easily adjustable, and stabilizes my injuries just right as I recover and go to physical therapy. My therapist is very pleased with the product too. The price was very good, quality is outstanding, delivery was fast, and when I had a question the customer service was excellent. I highly recommend The Natural Posture if you need products for your physical therapy and/or simply maintaining your health and quality of life.

I ordered 3 shirts of 2 separate sizes because I didn’t trust the size chart—I should had because it was spot on. One of my shirts didn’t arrive and after contacting customer service and providing pictures of the packaging of the 2 that did come, the 3rd was sent. Overall good experience and so far, happy with my purchase—again, should had listened to the sizing chart but lesson learned.

I was pleasantly surprised when I had a return request because I had ordered a wrong size and they quickly exchanged this for something new. Great service is worth a lot in my book. Thank you

I ordered an item of clothing from this company.

The item was delivered in a reasonable time, in great condition, however the size was incorrect.

I contacted the company to ask for a refund and they gave me a full refund and said I could either keep or donate the item of clothing.

The customer service was excellent . I highly recommend this company.

We have bought from this company several times now and I wouldn't think of purchasing our posture tanks from anywhere else. They have always responded to any inquiries (first time ordering, I got the sizing wrong and they exchanged no issues). High quality, long lasting and fits great. Not only helps with posture but slims everything in....a confidence booster!!

I originally ordered the incorrect size, however the team organised for a replacement to be sent very quickly! ten out of ten service!

Great customer service!!! I I ordered a large natural posture back brace. When it arrived I realized it was to small,so I contacted Dayana in their customer service department by email and said I would like to exchange it for a XLR. I was sent instructions on how to return and exchange their product. It was simple and easy and I received the new one three days later ! personally love the brace ( I've had back problems for years) I'm happy with the product and their customer service was outstanding. Thank you and have a great day Dayana

I ordered an item which arrived in good time. After trying it on I realised I'd ordered the wrong size. I contacted Natural Posture to return it and they said to hold on to it and they'd sent me my correct size completely free of charge! They were as good as their work and it arrived in equally good time, albeit a 'difficult' delivery by Royal Mail.
They went above and beyond themselves to please the customer, which is very rare these days.

I’ve had a very good experiance with

These guys are absolutely amazing. I ended up with 2 things that ended up being a size to small for me through no fault of their own as I didn't do my due diligence and order the correct size but
I reached out looking to see if I could exchange for the proper size and they sent me the proper sizes on the house so I can't say enough about their customer service it's top tier..
As for the products themselves they are exactly what I wanted. They are build better then all the other ones I was looking at so all around great product. Highly recommend

I was a bit sceptical about the claims, but I thought I would give it a try and I purchased their Slimming Vest which was great. However, I did feel that a smaller size would give me a better "hug". I emailed them and got a very quick response and they send me the smaller size immediately. This gave me the tighter "hug" that I was looking for. It is incredibly comfortable to wear all day long which really helped with my back and it definitely does improve my posture and squish in the body shape tremendously.
I was so impressed that within days I ordered two of the Ultra Slimming Vests which have a lot more compression and really do wonders for my figure and more importantly my back and posture. While the extra compression works brilliantly, it is still incredibly comfortable to wear all day long.
I am now a complete convert, these are excellent comfortable products that do exactly what they claim and the service is quick and very helpful. I shall be buying more!
I can genuinely recommend this company and their products.

great product, delivered within timeframe stated, Wearing now and experiencing great relief

I started a new job and wanted to look fit. I'm impressed with how much slimmer I am when wearing your products. My confidence and body language is on 100% Thank you for the opportunity !

Brace I ordered was too small. Reached out to customer service (Dayana) and she replied very quickly, sent me a return label (paid), and then once they saw the return was enroute, they went ahead and shipped the larger size so I didn't have to wait for the first one to get back before they shipped the replacement. Then she emailed me and advised when the new one shipped. Fantastic customer service!

Being a new customer with your company, I have to say that I am very impressed! The quality of the merchandise I purchased is very high and your the customer service is outstanding. I had a a shirt that I wanted to exchange and customer service gave me an immediate response and rectified the issue very quickly, professionally and kind. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

We have used their magnetic back braces for women, slimming body shaper t-shirts for men, and the slimming undershirts for men. All of these are excellent products with comfortable materials. We strongly recommend this company! Thank you Natural Posture!

I received A+ VIP service from Natural Posture. I purchased a brace that was too small and was hassle free to return it, and get the right one. This company bottom line is "costumer satisfaction." Amazing
