They missed my order and the person I was buying this for did not get their b-day present on time. After contacting them, they did finally send it, with significant delay. To show 'good will' I received a gift certificate but no instructions on how to redeem it (it doesn't look like I can). After asking for advice on this I did not ever receive a reply. A bit vexing considering that I told them a gift certificate was not expected but appreciated. I guess I didn't get it afterall.

My highlight of the month!
After being diagnosed with breast cancer and going through treatment three years ago, I was looking for more natural cosmetics to be kind to my body and stumbled across this box. It's perfect, all the items are always great, so gentle and helpful. The customer service is also amazing. What would make it even better would be if there were some make up items occasionally, but besides that it's perfect!

Beautiful product. Superbly packaged. Star flower body cream is so rich and smells delightful. Very pleased.
