Actually Ash solved the problem with no fuss !!!

2.5 Hours drive away, to drive a car back to my home town with a FAKE MOT certificate, and a thousand things wrong with it. i have emailed trading standards, and VOSA about the mot. luckily for me they have accepted the car back , which lets face it im not surprised.. to save there skin no doubt BUT ITS TOO LATE! asked for the car to be collected as its not fit for road purpose- advised they wont be collecting the car and that ill need to drive it back- id stay well clear of these con artists- most recent MOT was down 45 minutes away from the garage they sell from.

This is the worst experience I have ever had in purchasing a vehicle. Car was bought for my 85 year old father. Car came not as described, 3 keys of which 1 only worked, told get replacement and would cover cost haha won’t answer phone calls! Total joke of a company. Does anyone have address of this place any help please.

Shocking company wouldn’t recommend sent us two keys with the car two different keys for two different vehicles rear lights where in a shocking condition when we emailed them they blocked my partner everytime we called them they told us to ring warranty

Paid for a Range Rover 57,000£ 25/12/25. Received it 8/4/26.
After i fully paid it, it appeared there was a problem with the dc/dc converter and had to wait four months to receive the car. I asked for a refund but that was not an option. So i waited... btw the first photos they advertised were fake and replaced them afterwards. The personel never calls back for updates.

Dont bother.
False advertisements, damaged car.
Litterly everything on the advert wasnt on the car.
Dint on the rear quarter. Not shown on images.
How they are AA warranted, never again will I trust AA garages.

Think I have the right company bought my son a car from these paid for delivery and tax they did send a video of the front of the car and did show me the stone chips but never informed me about stone chips down both the offside doors scrap along the back door to wheel arch did knock us some money of but after we paid he desired not to tax the car as he says he has knocked enough money of this is after we paid him to tax the vehicle I would sooner ride a pushbike that buy a car from these bad experience all round

These really are conmen got £3100 of my money dropped the car off and its never worked now they won't answer phone calls or texts absolute scam they are DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE KHIZER MOHAMMED IN PARTICJLAR THERE OPERATING FROM A HOUSE

Bought a car from them two weeks ago had it checked over by a main dealer this week only to find out it needs 10,000 pounds of parts + labour to put it right having trouble in getting money back from them

Appalling, unethical, happy to rip off a 19 year old girl with additional needs, and leave her paying monthly finance on a car she cannot use due to the many faults! Will charm any customer until anything goes wrong, then will laugh in their face!
READ ALL the one star reviews on here for an accurate description of this bunch of conmen. The 5 star ones were probably mostly written by their family and friends. Avoid at all costs. You have been warned!

Bought a range rover evoque , and arranged for delivery, the delivery driver jim was a lovely chap, the car was as advertised if not better. A few minor hurdles along the way but overall a good experience and more importantly, really happy with the car

Called last Wednesday to arrange to view an Audi Q7 made arrangements to visit today (Saturday 10th August) traveled over an hour to get there, waited with Salesman for 20 mins , I asked where the vehicle was he told me they are bringing it from Milton Keynes. I said when will it be here, he called them and said they would be 40-45 mins or so, that meant over an hour and 1/4 late, I said we will leave it, salesman said do you want to go and get some lunch and when you come back it should be here, I said no thanks fella I will leave it, I got in my car and drive off, absolutely appalling service from them, wish I had read the reviews on here before I made arrangements now, total wast of a Saturday afternoon , will not be going back and will pass my dealings with them on to anyone who I can, disgraceful prospective customer service Avoid avoid avoid unless the car you want to look at is on the premises

Motorhouse Clapham Bedford - purchased an Audi Q5 9 weeks ago. Made a quick call today raising concerns about an 'engine light' displaying. Was advised to pop in which I did. Staff patiently ascertained what the problem was. While I was 'on a roll' I mentioned two other irritating concerns, one of which ended up taking a while to fix! Staff were BRILLIANT and extremely patient. I drove away an extremely happy customer. Looking for a new car? I would HIGHLY recommend them! THANKS GUYS and Libby who took the initial call

I recently purchased a Peugeot 3008 for Motorhouse Bedford. There was a few teething issue (maybe I am just a fussy customer) However Libby was amazing she kept in regular contact and sorted me out with a fantastic courtesy car that I did not want to hand back whilst my car was repaired. Despite the teething issues I would highly recommend this garage. There communication is brilliant and I am now very happy with my purchase.

Phoned up to view a car told them I was on my way it would take me an hour and a half to get there as i was 70 miles away. I got there an hour and half later after travelling 70 miles to find out the car had been sold 30 minutes prior to my arrival.
Very poor customer service.

My experience with Alex at Motorhouse has been fantastic. He has helped me all the way through my purchase of my lovely Range Rover. He arranged delivery as I’m so far away and I felt confident to purchase from him without actually viewing the car. He answered every question, was so polite and nothing was too much trouble. The transaction was smooth and easy. My car was delivered to my door and it’s beautiful. I have extended warranty for three years so I can drive in confidence. AVOID this company . I purchased vehicle from Motor House Bedford 6 weeks ago . They advertised vehicle with full service history . I've been promised to send this afterwards. I was calling every few days and until Today no response. It looks like I'm not the only one who had the same problem with service history . Unfortunately I've been forced to start legal action. I would NOT recommend this company.

Travelled over 350 miles to purchase a Range Rover sport - excellent service from the Motorhouse team (from start to finish) Alex is a great asset to the team who has informed me throughout the buying process. Highly recommend if you’re in the market to buy a new car!
