What a great experience, the photographer was very approach and easy to communicate with. Overall very pleased

It was great experience for daughter to open up. Amazing work from a make up artist as they were able to listen of wishes. Photographer navigated the poses well as result were as amazing as expected from such professionals.

Make-up artist was lovely and did very minimalist and did exactly what i asked for. Photographer was great at boosting confidence.

Paid 1k for a photoshoot and was lured into a plan. Please do not waste your time here. It's just not worth the mess they have made. I am in the same position as the client below.

They have offered me a £250 refund if I take the negative reviews down and are now saying that we are defamatory and taking legal action. Trustpilot please investigate and help me get the refund I deserve. In complete transparency they say you are sad and bad mouthing the. How many people can be wrong? They need to be close down as a company

The team was very friendly and made Angel very comfortable and have loads of fun !!

Omg I went there on Saturday when it was hot hot! Lucky they had air con so inside was very nice. The the studio doesn't look very new but it was nice tho. I had the Brazilian guy make up artist and he was telling me how he works in London fashion week so he knew his stuff. Loved my make up and the Italian guy photographer was good too. Loved my photos from outside

Had a great afternoon. Loved the experience and loved my pictures. Make up artist and photographer were amazing.

Had a long conversation with the agent in the phone, She gave me lots of info about the day and reassured me to take it easy and have fun with it.
Went to the studio in Old Street and loved the work that the makeup artist and photographer did, they made me feel very comfortable. Love my photos!

Had my first ever photoshoot today. I was really really nervous and scared because I didn't know how I would do. But omg their manchester studio is so nice and huge. The guy on the phone told me what to expect but I honestly couldn't have imagined it any better. The make up artist and photographer were amazing! They really knew how to make me feel comfortable and the photographer especially was very patient with me and shot some amazing photos of me. Really enjoyed my day today. Going through the images on the USB right now and I am so happy and proud. Some need a bit of retouching and the manager lady told me the studio will retouch them for me. Can't wait to get the rest of my portfolio!

I went for my shoot this weekend and had a great first time experience. I’ve never done this before so was very nervous. My agent reassured me beforehand to take it all easy and have fun with it and I did just that.

Really glad I went coz it really made me realise that I can enjoy this and possibly take it seriously in the industry.

Quick process. Saw this ad whilst scrolling on my insta and sent my picture. They called me 2 days later and ivited me for a shoot. Had to pay a deposit but they said it was refundable. I've checked them out online and it says they have been around for a long time so I was not worried about the deposit. The shoot itself was great. Had a very good service from the make up artist and photographer.

I registered my details and my parents took me to the studio last weekend. The lady on the phone said I look beautiful in the picture that I sent and wanted to invite me to the studio for a shoot. My photos from the shoot actually came out so good. It was my first time doing this but it was so fun I really enjoyed it.

Was happy to support my daughter in building a potlrtfolio until the realised she was a wheelchair user!

Got told my child had "model" looks and would be a great candidate.
Got sent to a studio in Old Street, who apparently go by many different names. Because different company names kept calling from there.

Turned up on the day, from the very 1st encounter our spider senses where tingling. It was unwelcoming, very rushed and my husband was told to wait outside. There was no introduction into what was going to happen or the process, so this made us feel very uncomfortable.
We proceeded to go downstairs. Where I thought hair and make make was going to happen as discussed on the phone.
I was told my daughter will not have make up as she's not over 18. That's fair enough I think. But then the hair part... they literally put a Bobby pin in her hair. Then for the 2nd outfit just put it in a high pony tail. The 3rd they just turned the high pony tail into a high bun. ( all very rushed)
The "hair and makeup artist" I use that title through gritted teeth. Then sat and vaped in the corner while my child was having photos.

During the initial call (what I now know was a sales pitch)
I was told after the shoot we would have feed back and go through what her strengths were and if they felt she followed direction bla bla bla.

This did not happen. As soon as we sat in the "office" it was straight to hard sales pitch.
Again I was told it was a no obligation to buy photos, and we can buy each print for £50 each and it would reduce in cost the more you purchased.

On the day we were told we HAD to buy at least 10 prints for £500 or they would not support us in finding an agency.
We said this is fine we will take 3 images and pay £150.

This was refused and was told no, it's minimum of £500 or best they could do is £250 for 10, which made no sense whatsoever so ever.

They were unable to give us any solid information on what agencies they work with or their track record. She just kept repeating there are a lot of scam agencies out there and we needed to be careful. Again using fear to try and sell.

She refused to let us buy any of out child's images.

This is quite clearly a scam! And the whole experience was horrendous.

What is worst, they exploited my child. She's new to how cruel the world can be so didn't understand why she had the shoot in the 1st place if we couldn't buy the photos. We had to explain that some people are just out to make money, and it's our job to protect her from those sort of people. Our hearts broke for her.

Please avoid! Any sales pitches from this company. The studio we were sent to was in Old Street, 27 Cowper Street
